The few facts in this story suggest this woman was unfairly dealt by the state. How does a business matter where by one fails to pay their creditors because their debtors failed to pay them because the state failed to give them access to their funds translate to fraud?

Its not her first sentence. She has been in and out of prison. I know her she is a fraudster. She is a habitual offender... i was a victim of her acts..i am grateful thou for the amnesty extended to her.
