I have question about knives. I have the 30 degree cutting knives from vvivid but I don't know where to get more blades for them. I've tried a couple places and haven't found what we need. Any tips? I'm an hour away from toronto so if you know a big name store that sells extra blades it would be very appreciated. Thanks for all the videos too man. I've learned A LOT from them.

You can buy NT Cutter blades on amazon. That's where I usually buy mine
What about the post heating in that area? What cautions we have to take?
