Ballet is genuinely brutal. I used to go to a studio in Central London, and they were all constantly smoking between classes. Hey guys, distance runner here. I feel you guys. If you want to get your nutrients but not have an upset stomach before your workout, try something light with mostly carbs and some protein to keep you full. Stay away from too much fiber or fat before a workout which can upset your stomach. Quick sugars are fine as well, sugar won't kill ya. ;) I like to have a cliff bar, a bit of honey, or a couple rice cakes with peanut butter or another nut butter. Many people also include bananas for the carbs and potassium that relieves cramps. Some sodium also helps keep your electrolytes balanced, and of course water. Some pretzels, crackers, or cereal also help. I also enjoy mini bagels with nut butter, or quinoa with spinach, feta, cherry tomatoes, a hard boiled egg, and some spices. Larger meals like that might be best an hour or more before your workout. Hope that helps y'all!
Like the person above said! I'm a professional dancer, usually jazz. Some carbs to give you that quick energy, protein and fat to keep you fuller later into the workout. It's really important to consider why she's eating it. If it's for supposed health benefits, I absolutely see your point. But if she's eating it just cause she likes it, wouldn't that be a good thing? If more people buy gluten free things, gluten free things will be cheaper and more available to people who need them
What's the point of vegan Mayo if your are eating eggs
If you are lactose intolerant, your gut can handle “vegan” treats such Sauces, yogurts, parfait, chocolate, candy
She could be lactose intolerant or just like the taste
@@cotarichardsthere is no milk in mayo. Mayo is egg with oil and a little vinager or mustard
Please do a review on this incredible ballerina Maria Khoreva’ what I eat in a day. Great dancer who has a huge fan base but her meal plan is quite an unhealthy view for young dancers to look up to…
What is your favorite green? Looking for one and have no idea what to get and do not want to jump on the AG1 bandwagon just because it’s there and everyone promotes it. Thank you in advance; love your channel. Cindy
Honestly, I have not found one I love (yet). But I would love to see a greens powder with fiber! You can’t expect a greens powder to replace veggies without the most important part...FIBER...and that's what most of the ones I've seen lack.
Watching this while eating a $2 box of mac and cheese for dinner. My salary could never.
So Abbey, AG1 is more beneficial than Bloom you would say?
What is your favorite greens supplement powder? I drive for a living so being able to keep/have time to prepare veggies is something I seldom do, and it definitely has a negative impact on my body
I know it’s not an ideal option but I have been really wanting to find something easy to take to get me something consistently rather than nothing
Where did you get this tweed jacket from?
I want to know this too!!!❤
I honestly had to pause the video at "eggs with vegan mayo."
Can you please go over what people on ozempic could eat? I honestly don’t want to eat most days or make food (thanks adhd) and my blood sugar drops a lot because I don’t eat
Please review Sam Suleks diet, I wonder what you have to say about his eating habits 😅
What's a good green mix?
Do a good one for a fairly sedentary office worker
What greens products work then?
My ballerina kiddo eats a lot of snacks on long ballet days because being too full makes her nauseas with all the dancing.
I would really like if you could react to quiner sisters, I would really like to hear your opinion on them!
Pretty jacket Abby
Non vegans who specify they eat vegan dairy... lol why
Maybe they're lactose intolerant
because they don't digest dairy well like SO many people. Or are lactose intolerant. Or milk protein allergic. Or because they like it. So many reasons. Not everyone likes dairy.
Why eat eggs but then vegan mayo?
Because they like the vegan kind more?
Why point out the vegan ingredients if the rest isn’t vegan?
Why bother with vegan mayo on eggs?
Your skin looks perfect. Do you use a filter?
That chicken looked ghastly
I do intermittent fasting, I only eat between the hours of 11am and 7pm, and I don’t hardly eat any processed foods. I stick with meats of all kinds, all vegetables and fruits, all nuts and seeds, all beans/lentils/legumes. I make my own sourdough bread, homemade tortillas, homemade banana nice creams and homemade popsicles, and I make my own dips/sauces and condiments. Absolutely zero added sugar and fake sugar. Everything’s natural.
sounds exhausting 😭 also what does this have to do with the video
@@annatj. lol it doesn’t really have anything to do with the video hahah we’re all talking about our diets in the comments. It’s really not exhausting, when you eat like this you have more energy to do those things. It’s not for everyone but it works for me
@@Qtip-in-ear oh jeez I make a comment about what I eat like everyone else is on mad you’re gonna have attitude about it? Think what you want 🙄 and give me a break
@@hardearnedliving5907 hey you do you!
@@hardearnedliving5907 i think sometimes when ppl comment stuff like this theyre shaming different diets that arent “natural” or “non-processed”. not saying thats what you’re necessarily doing, but sometimes the misinformation that like “clean” diets are better can be harmful 🤷🏻♀️ i dont think you were necessarily promoting it, but the language you were using sounded charged to me if that makes sense. just trying to make sure people are aware of that ig
This is pleasantly surprising.
Barely any veggies
I don’t get the vegan mayo & dressing if she’s eating meat lol but to each their own I guess! 😂
What's the point of vegan mayo if you're eating eggs with it???
The same for vegan dressing when eating chicken ???
Vegan mayo is a lot lower in fat and calories while still tasting like regular mayo

Are we concerned about the very kie anount of wholegrains, fruits and vegetables?
Also a great way to become insulin resistant.
Huh she's skinny and eats well.
I have to be honest, I'm alarmed at the amount of highly processed foods. Good gravy
honey, if you're eating anything from a container then it's processed. and if you actually read those labels, they don't have a lot of ingredients. you might want to check the mirror for orthorexia
@@cometasporelcielocheck the mirror for Orthorexia? Are you assuming she has an eating disorder? And if she does you’re bullying her about it? Shame on you
@@cometasporelcieloand why do you assume they eat anything out of a container? All processed foods are dangerous, cook your own meal. This video she says that all that all the processed foods are okay.. it's not okay to consume calorie bars.. it probably has tonnes of sugar or at least maltitol which isn't great for digestion.
@farinabanana4878 no it doesn't lol. Lol ballet dancers have grueling schedules they don't have the time to cook all their meals.
𝗥ᴴᴬᴴᴬᴴᴬ
Let’s be real. Ballerinas don’t want to meet their nutrition needs. I know ballerinas. I even knew girls back in school who went to specialized schools for ballet. They were literally graded on their weight.
Saddest looking bland chicken at the end. And why are snacks packaged. Do you people not realized how much waste that generates! What’s wrong with real food
I can't tell if you're serious or not. The majority of her foods aren't even whole foods.
The thing I learned about girls like this is they eat a VERY SMALL AMOUNT of the snacks they talk about lol like a bag lasts them a month
What's interesting is you are bought into the idea that exogenous carbs are a dietary requirement and ignorning all the disease that has come from their over consumption. The body can survive and THRIVE in ketosis and all glucose can be produced through gluconeogensis to replenish glycogen stores or provide glucose for any other needs. Fatty acid oxidation is a superior metabolic pathway for consistent energy and brain functioning. I have experienced this myself along with countless other people. You don't get hungry the same way in high carb diets, no need to snack and actually feel better the longer you go without eating. Who wouldv'e thought eating according to how we evolved with high fat, moderate protein and low/no carb would lead to metabolic optimization along with utilizing fasting that mimmicks times in the past we went without food. Not sure if you are just fully invested in your views out of dogma or bought and paid for but your blind spot is showing. Anyways do you!❤
1/3 of her food was like sad and packaged yuckiness. But I’m sure she has very little spare time to meal prep.
Eggs are pure methane!! There's NO WAY any ballerina is eating eggs!
I’m sorry, what? They may make you gassy, but there’s little I’ve found to suggest that they are methane.
I suggest you rewatch the video, because there’s a ballerina who is eating eggs.
Why the vegan dressing when she’s having actual chicken?!
Because it tends to be lower in things like fat, she also may like the taste more.
@@Fishin_Fox usually vegan and vegetarian options tend to be higher in fats, carbs and salt, to balance the flavor and texture since the animal products usually provide binding properties and also flavors which purely vegan ingredients don’t.
Please speak slower, I have to skip over you when I really want to hear you, but it's very frustrating.
We should all just eat junk food.
S l o w d o w n. Please?
She looks underweight
Can you talk any faster.
this diet actually sucks
Bull shit advice on food intake
So much processed food and all bland looking.
True, how is she even saying all this is good? That calorie bar must have so much sugar. Also, chips?? Seriously?
The human body is not designed to consume carbs, sure some low carb veg won't hurt, but it's best to be carnivore and fiber is an unessential meaning the body doesn't need it and carbs as well I haven't eaten carbs in years except maybe twice a yr, I have low carb veg, but the human body makes its own with protein and fat you get plenty of fuel. I put my severe Crohn's in remission no meds for almost a decade, had a PICC line and went from j tube to the PICC line I was 75 lbs and 6 ft tall I was dying from that ckd 4 now I have no ckd wut so ever, severe coronary artery disease reversed now with a cac of 0 all by hanging from sad diet to plant based, didn't work, so I went carnivore and in a month I was 20 lbs up no PICC line or j tube and in 6 months no ckd anymore I have healed all my ailments without any meds all just with high animal fat I cook with tallow ghee or lard, eat 75 percent fat 25 percent protein and intermittent fasting so this advice is all false
Good for you is not good for everyone.
This person always annoys me whenever I see her
Then maybe block her or click the option to get her videos removed from your feed.
Commenting is only going to make them pop up more.
I am a ballerina myself and most fuel their bodies so do i to perform properly!🩰🎀
Finally another ballerina here!! Same we fuel to perform properly we would never make it through a 2 hour show if we didn’t 🩰
@dancingprincessmj Take no notice of the aggressive responses ... smacks of jealousy & ignorance... I'm a trained ballet bod ...now 52 ... had crappy comments like this all my life ... mainly from jealous woman ... when you train HARD 5/6 hrs a day for 10 years from the age of 10 ... you wind up with an athletic fit body (along with intelligence as to what fuels you through it ) that sparks both positive & negative comment. Rise above you shining stars ✨️
