Its amazing how most ppl ignore nuts, seeds and legumes as the healthiest and most sustainable protein sources
they take time and a lot of space/care. crickets breed fast and take up very little space so its worlds better
All those take a ton of water. Currently, crickets are by far the most sustainable and lowest carbon footprint source of protein on the planet that we know of.
Also, crickets are something we don't really need to farm. Rather capture in the wild. While we do that, we also help our crops.

I agree with their idea and the potential of this industry, but I'm sceptical if the owners know how to run a business effectively
You also have to understand these pitches are actually 40-50 min long and they don’t include a-lot of information. Regardless Mark is big into that market and the likelihood is he got very close if not made his investment back just from the boost of sales from the free advertising of being on the show.
