Athletes mostly run to beat their opponents not to set records. It’s a plus when an athlete can win without running all out. Time of a race is not always the best measurement of one’s ability.
I'm also gonna be honest, she has gotten bloated in both of her legs 🦵 & she's going to have to change her diet a bit & get that excess muscle off her butt & the upper part of both 👉🦵's, now it doesn't necessarily have to be the problem of her movement, but I do know loosing that tight thick muscle ( notice I didn't say fat) fiber will make her feel much more comfor- table & relaxed, but each it's own, she just might be able to win anyway as she is!!! Amen 🙏 !!!
