    just a few notes 1. the silicone cab is probably meant for a specific application 2. both would probably be better with dust vac attachment and a quick blow with an air gun dose just as well to clean sandpaper and you could also use a cleaning stick to clear the sandpaper

    My grandpa died 20 years ago and I am still going though his USA and swiss made sandpaper!

    Never dry sanded a clearcoat for buffing. Never even considered using a grit like this without water. Now I see why. You wouldn't have any of that buidup with water

    is 400 purple aluminum oxide ok for starting really bad headlights. i will finish up with finer grits gray silicone papers

    Eagle Abrasives by Kovax is the way to go if dry sanding.
