just a few notes 1. the silicone cab is probably meant for a specific application 2. both would probably be better with dust vac attachment and a quick blow with an air gun dose just as well to clean sandpaper and you could also use a cleaning stick to clear the sandpaper
Who knew? Awesome info Frank! I really learned from this video! 👍👍
My grandpa died 20 years ago and I am still going though his USA and swiss made sandpaper!
Nice video, super clear on how to approach this as a DIY.
Great video Frank. Can't wait for more. This car looks unbelievable. Howcome you didn't do a wet sand?
All ways great videos Frank 👌
Never dry sanded a clearcoat for buffing. Never even considered using a grit like this without water. Now I see why. You wouldn't have any of that buidup with water
I’ve done both. There are times and places for both
Thanks 👏🏻
thanks frank . i finaly got my car back from paint 3 weeks ago but it hasnt stopped raining yet :(
is 400 purple aluminum oxide ok for starting really bad headlights. i will finish up with finer grits gray silicone papers
Eagle Abrasives by Kovax is the way to go if dry sanding.
