During covid he required all his employees to get the covid shot if they didn't they were fired.
Anyone else in the comments think Culver's is the best and highest quality large fast food chain? I've been addicted and keep going back for their food especially the butter burgers since I was about 10 years old. Started eating here when they weren't around much, been awesome to watch the chain grow and still maintain such great customer service and food quality. Very impressive Culver's.
We don’t have them in NY, but when we visit my in laws in Ohio, we make a stop at Culver’s. I was blown away by the quality of food and service. 10/10 every time I have gone
Culvers is good because they really straddle the line between homecooked and fast-food.

I am proud to be an employee of my favorite food chain have been working for 5 months and the environment and experience is amazing.

I worked there for 9 months and they made me a runner all the time and the worst part was there was a Karen that worked there and she was a 💯Karen and she ruined it for me
At the time of working there was everyone was always over worked, managers were always stressed out because they only had one manager working the night shift
Stressed out I mean for an example under staffed at times that, I mean one person running the show when things get busy and overwhelming was not fun for them. Karen always made me run every day. I even asked to be on something else but she always had a say in it so I was running around 7 miles Monday through Friday 10:30 till 5 p. M. Which some may think good exercise which it was in the beginning but even when I was in pain I would say something about it and asked to be put somewhere else, I was always denied. They say ends in a smile. But how are you supposed to be happy at a job that no one cares about you? Nothing against the food at all what so ever but I hated working there towards the end but now I'm at McDonald's and I'm loving it 💯 no complaints at all. I haven't atten at Culver's since.

Culver’s needs to open more restaurants in the southeast. Charlotte only has 2 of them and the drive through lines stay backed out in the road to where I can never go there.

My absolute favorite place for my weekly sometimes twice weekly take out meals...but I wish I could get delivery....😞.....they don't have delivery set up.

They are expanding. One going up in Orange Beach AL. I just had a butter burger in Foley AL and it was good. My first at Culver’s. I will have to try their other burgers to see what I like best.
