I have been in a battle of the mind and relationships, and now I am finally seeing victory! God's word, not my own reasoning or self discipline, is the right weapon. Steve and Ruth, thank you for your compassion and word of knowledge. It was encouraging beyond words can describe. I literally felt a change in my right hand while Ruth was praying for healing. I have such deep feelings for Haley's dream. A few days ago, my father was suddenly admitted to hospital and I was so worried. I kept worshipping and praying. Then, I was reminded of Miriam Song. When I heard the word Miriam Song, I also thought it was written by Miriam. I opened the Bible, it said it was Moses. Anyway, I knew I have to declare this song over my situation. I feel so encouraged.

@@dagman85 no friend, i agree. but if you study Esther, Daniel 3, Daniel 6 and Revelation 13 - we see that the first 4 Commandments are between you and your Creator. and when man tries to regulate Them - this is when the boundaries have been passed over. while a Christian worships God 24/7 - the law making sunday a violation to work on - 'blue laws' - isn't Biblical, it's going contrary God's law - which shows His Holy day is the 7th day Sabbath. but even the 7th day should not be a legal requirement.
@@tony1685 - I don't think anyone is making a comment on what day a person should or shouldn't work in this service. They are just gathering to worship God on a Sunday, which is acceptable under the law. (The early Church did the same thing)

@tony - Acts 2:46 says that they met every day. Acts 5:42 says that day after day, in the temple courts and from house to house, they never stopped teaching and proclaiming the good news that Jesus is the Christ. These passages both indicate that believers were gathering every day, which includes Sundays. In Acts 15, the instructions given by the Church in Jerusalem to believers everywhere do not include circumcision, and they do not include observation of the sabbath or feast days. Paul indicates in 1 Corinthians that it is valid not to esteem one day above another, but that we should follow our convictions. Acts 20:7 explicitly mentions gathering together on the first day of the week to break bread, and Paul is obviously teaching during this time, going throughout the night. John indicates in Revelation that he was "in the Spirit on the Lord's day". Then there are the practices of the first century Church beyond what is recorded in the Bible, too. Regarding whether or not Bethel observes that command that God gave in His covenant with the Israelites, they don't have a policy about it. Members are free to observe it or not as they see fit.

I don't believe there is anything in that law that says you cannot worship God on Sundays.
