Don’t go with Tefal . My personal experience is very bad with this brand. I went for Tefal steam iron thinking the a French brand should trustworthy and it will last longer but within one and a half year its malfunctioning. Customer service telling me to change the sole plate which itself is costlier than the iron itself.

@@IncognitoBeing I think this is a sponsored video, that's why he's not letting anyone leave a negative comment about Usha. Usha is a really bad company now. Bad quality appliances which only last for a few months. The don't give service and don't answer calls.
In short, don't buy from them. It is no longer the old Usha. I've wasted 7000 rupees on 2 irons by Usha. Both stopped working after 1-2 months. No service, no replacement, no refund. On top of that they intentionally cut your call when you ask for help on customer care in between the conversation and then block the number.
