Wait so its out of 45? What is a good score on each topic? A 5? I have never heard of IB before
Chelsey Abbott basically top score for each subject is a 7, plus you must have passed a community social class (you do community service) and you must write a sort of thesis but much smaller. You must have 24 points to pass and get the certificate but only if you have a good grade in the community service class and on your extended essay.
Chelsey Abbott Also the IB program is stated all around the world but for ny country (mexico) only a handful of schools actually have it and they can get pretty selective at times, my class was of 40 students max.

I know three languages fluently and I took French as well, where I got 7s until my teacher decided to teach us all as if we were native speakers, so I dropped it immediately

hey i was just wondering how did you study for global politics
Hi! I organised my flashcards according to the units of the course and had an extra stack of cards for the key concepts. I did a lot of research on case studies and added them to the flashcards to ensure that I had some evidence to support my arguments.
I live in a different country, and I didn't get the grades? Is 7 14/20?
I got my predicted grades (1 year to go still) and I'm super happy. Here they are:
English A Literature SL: 7
Mathematics SL: 7
Biology HL: 7
Chemistry HL: 6
Psychology HL: 7
Spanish ab SL: 7
*I'm predicted a 44/45*

Thank you! I guess my best tip is to incorporate as many primary sources as you can (as long as they are relevant to your research question). And spend more time researching than writing. From my experience, over 70% of your work is done when you finish your research notes and outline. Good luck with your EE!
Thanks! But what about references? I think that most of my work is just mentioning other historians, I don't know how to feel about that.
Rodrigo Canales It is good to find real historians‘ claims to back up your own. But what makes your EE really great is when you can identify areas of historical debate, present the different schools of thoughts (and heir representatives) on the issue, and then decide (and argue for) which side you are on. This requires much in-depth research but it also tends to pay off.
Why did you choose Biology in your IB if you knew you were going to study law?
Hi! We had to take some science and I chose Biology since I studied the subject before and therefore knew that I would not mind continuing to study it!

In which country is your school located? What is the name of your school? How much does it cost for foreigners to study in an international baccalaureate at your school for one year? in advance Thanks for the answers.
My school is Li Po Chun United World College of Hong Kong. They only offer a two-year program and you cannot enter for only one year. You have to apply to your national committee of the UWC foundation to get admitted to the school. Since I applied from Germany, I automatically got a scholarship for all the costs my parents could not cover. Therefore, I do not have a real overview of the total costs. But if you're interested in attending the school, your national committee can provide you with a full list of the costs.
Elena Handtrack you have to pay to be in IB in other countries? I had no idea. In the US it is just part of many public schools.

HI! I passed all my resources for writing a good EE down to other students at my boarding school so I don't have them anymore - sorry! But I would highly recommend peer review. Having my peers read over my essay helped me realise which paragraphs were not clear enough, where I had overlooked grammar mistakes, and whether my tone was academic enough. Good luck for your EE!

Hi I’m in my last year or middle school programme IB and I’m getting a MacBook I don’t know if I should get this rose gold 12 inch one or the MacBook Pro 13 inch one without the touchbar . My only concern is that the 12 inch will be too small .
I switched from a 13-inch MacBook Pro and I did not regret the change. I think you can get used to any size and I found the MacBook's light weight to be super useful when carrying all my heavy school books around. But I would advise you to look at both models in a store and then make a decision.
