Fyi "0X1=LOVESONG" may not be the most popular kpop song, but.. it is the #1 Best Kpop Song of 2021 by music critics Billboard. A nostalgia, beautiful, sad and healing song. This is one of my fav songs on my playlist. And the mv is a masterpiece.. and if you know in the mv (yeonjun) never leaves his room, during the mv he is alone. His 4 friends are just his imagination. His 4 friends left, bcs of a car accident, in the last scene of the mv "loser = lover". Even yeonjun wears a yellow bracelet, which means he is a patient who should receive extra supervision. And for my recommendation for the next song its "frost" 💙
this is going to be the shortest summary because even i get confused but basically- Lo$er=Lover is a prequel to 0X1=Lovesong. In LL (loserlover) at the end they collectively agree to drive off the cliff as they feel there’s nothing for them in life (aka- throwing the money away and ditching their respective ‘girlfriends’). Then in Lovesong- it’s the aftermath of that decision in which Yeonjun (the guy dancing in front of the other dudes in the bedroom) is the only survivor of the car crash and he then subsequently imagines the other 4 guys to escape reality. i hope that helped a little, i honestly really struggle with txt’s storyline but i think that’s the general gist
I kinda feel like any TXT song could be an OST in a movie or drama? Like all of their songs tell a story and follow a theme. They’re songs aren’t just for performances or music shows. It’s also just to listen to while studying, on a walk, while doing chores. They’re music is just perfect for me.

Txt has a unique storyline. Many r confused between concept and storyline. In txt , each comeback has different concepts but it's still the same story which is continuous. Some People say that after blue hour, txt has lost its bright colour and fun . But actually txt has never lost its color and fun as txt had never been bright and fun since debut. Their debut mv crown mv looks bright cute and bubbly but the lyrics r dark and creepy . They r very clever with that. Also each member is assigned a particular character which is almost the same as the member's true real life personalities. Yeonjun : is a warrior . He is the eldest in the group . He has a lot of responsibilities under him as being the longest trainee under bighit and also being bts seniors. So his character as a warrior in their storyline is the same as in real life. Soobin : an archer; a member of the elf family. He is the leader and btw the best leader as of rn. I'm a multistan and seeming how he handles insults , criticisms and problems and also defending his members, he is the best . Beomgyu: a healer; is a tree spirit. He's the playful naughty mischievous person who loves teasing others and having fun all day without any seriousness . But he's the one who listens to everyone problem and solves in his own way . So in their storyline, he is a healer who heals others by transferring the pain to himself. We can clearly see that in lovesong. I love your energy!!! I’m sure going from crown to lovesong was definitely a shock but 💀 they have a pretty wide range and in their latest album (the chaos chapter: freeze) every song was a different genre! For now, I recommend watching all their title tracks. They are in order: Crown, Run Away, Can’t You See Me, Blue Hour, 0X1=Lovesong, Loser=Lover! Again, loved the reaction!
Don’t worry about not getting the storyline, as it is still unfolding and quite complex. Basically it is about growing up, friendship, embracing who you are (Crown is about feeling different/ashamed, but finding friends that help you accept yourself) and escaping reality with your friends. I would recommend watching their MVs in order as you see them growing up. They typically have 3 MVs per release, one title track, the b side they promote and a MV 100% dedicated to their storyline, (though each MV is linked to their storyline). The storyline MVs of The Dream Chapter phase (Nap of a star, Magic island and Eternally) are true cinematographic masterpieces well worth watching. The storyline MV of The Chaos Chapter phase that you just watched the title tracks of is Frost, which is maybe more of a high quality movie trailer instead of the short films the others are, but still very beautifully made. Please include watching the Frost special performance should you want to watch this song. It has more of their raw, rocky vocals, so you will love that one as well. Everyone agrees that TXT has a no skip discography which is also very divers and their choreo/dance practices are worth watching. yay i'm so happy to see you reacting to txt! i've watched a lot of your girl group videos before, but txt are my ults, so it's like a dream come true. sonically, txt have always been a bit experimental and there's been a consistent pop-rock influence on their albums from the dream chapter: magic (their first full length album). run away, can't you see me, maze in the mirror, ghosting, and wishlist are all tracks prior to the chaos chapter releases that have subtle rock leanings if you want to hear more of that sound. they also have a full pop-rock song on the chaos chapter: freeze titled dear sputnik, which was almost fully produced by the youngest member, hueningkai, and has lyrics and toplining done by the other maknae, taehyun (whose voice you kept pointing out in the video). i really hope you get into them more! the other members not mentioned above are soobin (the leader), yeonjun, and beomgyu. txt don't have assigned positions aside from leader so there's a reason i'm not designating main vocalist, rapper, etc. you really can see the way they grow with their music as well, and they've made a point of being very real and genuine throughout their career. in a way, i'd say they're very self-aware idols, if that makes sense, and i've never seen a kpop group who has such a good relationship with their fans. they talk about meeting moas the way fans talk about meeting their idols lol. sorry for the long comment, but i do hope you continue checking them out! thanks for this video!!

There are several actual k-bands like Day6, the Rose etc, but within mainstream kpop I think TXT style & concepts overall is pretty unique. I think you'll like Can't You See Me (one of my all-time fave songs overall, not just kpop) and Frost. Frost has an MV(storyline) & a special performance video that I REALLY recommend, it's insane imo

Nah, when 0X1 came out a lot of people were shocked because we don't really have this sound in kpop. It's popular in the west but kpop somehow skipped the emo phase that swept the world back then. The closest we had to a rock sound in kpop was Day6 before TXT came out with this frankly beautiful homage to our emo punk rock era.

He has my favorite voice in all of kpop and I would highly recommend listening/reacting to his live vocals cause they are truly insane. He’s also in charge of most of the group’s high notes

It's believed that the Loser=Lover mv takes place before the 0x1=Lovesong mv. Loser=Lover depicts the everyday lifes of the five members. and how they attempt to escape the mundanity or downsides of their lives. At the end of the mv they drive of the cliff. This is where the theories begin, it is either believed that in 0x1=Lovesong, the sole surviving member of the crash is reminiscing about his friends(Yeonjun is the one who survives/ is alone at the end of 0x1=Lovesong). It is either that or they drive of the edge of the cliff and end up in the magical wonderland depicted in their other mv's. It's up to interpretation though. one thing that I do know is that TXT make banger tunes and are amazingly good.

I love your energy!!! I’m sure going from crown to lovesong was definitely a shock but 💀 they have a pretty wide range and in their latest album (the chaos chapter: freeze) every song was a different genre! For now, I recommend watching all their title tracks. They are in order: Crown, Run Away, Can’t You See Me, Blue Hour, 0X1=Lovesong, Loser=Lover! Again, loved the reaction!
Don’t worry about not getting the storyline, as it is still unfolding and quite complex. Basically it is about growing up, friendship, embracing who you are (Crown is about feeling different/ashamed, but finding friends that help you accept yourself) and escaping reality with your friends. I would recommend watching their MVs in order as you see them growing up.
They typically have 3 MVs per release, one title track, the b side they promote and a MV 100% dedicated to their storyline, (though each MV is linked to their storyline). The storyline MVs of The Dream Chapter phase (Nap of a star, Magic island and Eternally) are true cinematographic masterpieces well worth watching. The storyline MV of The Chaos Chapter phase that you just watched the title tracks of is Frost, which is maybe more of a high quality movie trailer instead of the short films the others are, but still very beautifully made. Please include watching the Frost special performance should you want to watch this song. It has more of their raw, rocky vocals, so you will love that one as well.
Everyone agrees that TXT has a no skip discography which is also very divers and their choreo/dance practices are worth watching. Their synchronization is one of the best and their choreo’s are always intricate. Have fun exploring TXT!

1) Both of these songs are from the same era but not the same album. 0X1=LOVESONG is the title track from their album called 'The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE" and LO$ER=LO♡ER is the title track from the repackage of that album called 'The Chaos Chapter: FIGHT OR ESCAPE'. They are separate comebacks despite being very short periods apart.
2) 8:22 the one who does that bit is named Taehyun
3) 12:52 the guy that was on his own at the end of 0X1=LOVESONG is the same one that is alone at the beginning of LO$ER=LO♡ER, his name is Yeonjun. there are theories about the way these two music videos are connected but I could never do them justice, but I saw others in the comment section trying to summarise
4) 13:37 that is Taehyun and yes, it's the same guy you pointed out earlier :)

yay i'm so happy to see you reacting to txt! i've watched a lot of your girl group videos before, but txt are my ults, so it's like a dream come true. sonically, txt have always been a bit experimental and there's been a consistent pop-rock influence on their albums from the dream chapter: magic (their first full length album). run away, can't you see me, maze in the mirror, ghosting, and wishlist are all tracks prior to the chaos chapter releases that have subtle rock leanings if you want to hear more of that sound. they also have a full pop-rock song on the chaos chapter: freeze titled dear sputnik, which was almost fully produced by the youngest member, hueningkai, and has lyrics and toplining done by the other maknae, taehyun (whose voice you kept pointing out in the video).
i really hope you get into them more! the other members not mentioned above are soobin (the leader), yeonjun, and beomgyu. txt don't have assigned positions aside from leader so there's a reason i'm not designating main vocalist, rapper, etc. you really can see the way they grow with their music as well, and they've made a point of being very real and genuine throughout their career. in a way, i'd say they're very self-aware idols, if that makes sense, and i've never seen a kpop group who has such a good relationship with their fans. they talk about meeting moas the way fans talk about meeting their idols lol.

There are several actual k-bands like Day6, the Rose etc, but within mainstream kpop I think TXT style & concepts overall is pretty unique. I think you'll like Can't You See Me (one of my all-time fave songs overall, not just kpop) and Frost. Frost has an MV(storyline) & a special performance video that I REALLY recommend, it's insane imo

This is sth I really love about TXT, they're known for being rather unique and experimental in their sounds.They have a VERY versatile discography and they finesse each genre. TXT is really unique group.
Nah, when 0X1 came out a lot of people were shocked because we don't really have this sound in kpop. It's popular in the west but kpop somehow skipped the emo phase that swept the world back then. The closest we had to a rock sound in kpop was Day6 before TXT came out with this frankly beautiful homage to our emo punk rock era.
Omg feel free to listen to their freeze album. I assure you, you're gonna love that album.

Loser=Lover came out after but takes place before I Know I Love You.
It's believed that the Loser=Lover mv takes place before the 0x1=Lovesong mv. Loser=Lover depicts the everyday lifes of the five members. and how they attempt to escape the mundanity or downsides of their lives. At the end of the mv they drive of the cliff. This is where the theories begin, it is either believed that in 0x1=Lovesong, the sole surviving member of the crash is reminiscing about his friends(Yeonjun is the one who survives/ is alone at the end of 0x1=Lovesong). It is either that or they drive of the edge of the cliff and end up in the magical wonderland depicted in their other mv's. It's up to interpretation though. one thing that I do know is that TXT make banger tunes and are amazingly good.
