  • Packing your meals with a range of seasonal winter veggies is a great way to help boost your immunity and stave-off the sniffles as the thermostat hits the single figures 🤧❄.
    If you can't source fresh veggies, frozen veggies or canned fruit are a great option as well.
    The Gippsland Regional Public Health Unit is encouraging you to eat well🍎, keep active🏃 get vaccinated👩‍⚕️ as part of our Healthy for Winter campaign.
