Hey Farhan, I have two queries. I have Completed my BS in Physics with 3.15 CGPA in 2022, Now, its been 1 year and which is obviously a gap in my studies, I don't have work experience in the relevant field, Will it be a problem or am I good to go for it?
Secondly, the program I wish to apply is Geoplanet and Geosciences and my research work was in Nanotechnology which is quite different from each other but both lie in the Physics field, should I mention it in my motivation letter or left this thing?

What does "Certified documents " mean. I'm applying to a “GroundwatCh program” and in it’s documents requirements they mention “Certified copies of documents”, but I didn't verified any of my metric, Fsc, BS degree and transcript documents. I covered all the points about what should be written in the letter of motivation. If I showed my personal motivation letter, everyone will just copy it. And a copied LOM leads to straight rejection. I dont want that for anyone.

I have a masters degree in chemistry with a cgpa of 3.68/4. I have three published articles in term of research experience. Other than that i am a not so active freelance writer as my work experience. I have applied for a phd programm through DAAD recently and got rejected. In the current situation of pakistan most of the people around me suggesting me to apply for masters as well, should i???plus if i should than is it ok to submitt my masters degree or transcripts or i should not mention it.

Ielts requirement differd for different programs. You should look in tge website of the program you are interested in.

It should look authentic document. Normally authentic official documents have letter heads.
Sir what does it mean by" IF U DON'T HAVE AN IELTS SCORE, U CAN GIVE SELF TEST, ONLY B LEVEL STUDENTS WILL BE INTERVIEWED" .It was a language requirement in a course but i didn't understand about self test , can you plz guide me
I am not sure what does SELF TEST mean in this case. You can ask them what do they actually mean by self test via email. You should send an email to the program coordinator in this case.
Otherwise, you should ask this (or search) on Erasmus mundus student association Pakistan facebook group.

I am not sure about that. Best way is to contact the program alumni (program where you are applying). They can guide you better.
For my program there was no complex conversion of my credit hours to ECTS.

I applied for one of the joint masters scholarship program at a host university under Erasmus Mundus and have also received a conditional offer letter . My program of interest is CLMCE (Intm).
. The issue is that they want me to submit my final transcript and degree by Jan to avail this scholarship under my program, even tho the course will begin from mid sept 2024. As you know, graduation in India is usually acquired around May-June and I am yet to clear my grad 😢. I tried contacting the uni and they said that nothing can be done. Can you please suggest anything here ? I'll be grateful!
Well, can you get a hope certificate kind of thing (a certificate from your current uni that u will pass your current degree) and submit that?
Best idea is to contact your program coordinator from CLMCE and share your situation with him and ask for guidance.

Ticket khud krni prti hai.
Visa fee mostly erasmus waly pay krdete hain.
Part time job 20 hours per week allow hoti hai.
Aoa.. How many programa of Erasmundus scholarship we can apply... I am applying to Erasmundus program fire safety...In application online form, they are asking for other scholarship program, when I am inserting my programs, I was able to insert only 2, which make me worried as I am planning to almost 5 program.
So still we need to apply for only 3 Erasmundus program?
Few years ago there was a limit of 3 programs. Meaning that you cannot apply in more than EMJMD programs in one year. But now that has been lifted.
You can apply in more than 3 programs. There is obligation to mention it in IMFSE application form. Just leave it. Or you can mention it. Doesnt matter. If i were you I would not tell them that i am applying in this many programs and you are not on my priority list. Always show that this program is my priority number 1. If i get selected I will 110% join this program.
My professor has uploaded reference letter and I got mail from erasmus that its uploaded. Still during application submission there's an error 'atleast one of your referent has not sent there reference letter'

Research work is a plus point but not a requirement.
They can cover visa fee. You have to buy tickets on your own, but they give you travelling grant.
