- Today at Goma At Home, I will show how I prepare an easy Pan Seared Salmon with Lemon Butter and Garlic Sauce.
This version is crispy on the outside, while soft and tender on the inside. And we are finishing this with a flavorful sauce.
You can have this tasty dish on your table in less than 20 minutes.

Salmon is good for us. Very rich in omega 3 and one of the source of brain food. Cong. Gom dapat skin side down pag nag serve ng salmon. Cong. Goma I love Salmon lemon butter and garlic sauce but I also love Salmon in miso and coconut sauce. Ingredients are: coconut milk, grated fresh ginger, black pepper, brown sugar, 1 table spoon of dark miso. I like to marinate for at least 3 hrs. in the fridge for better flavor. You can cook it in non stick pan for a better presentation. Sorry po wala kaming fresh coconut milk dito sa Seattle yong can ang gamit namin. I love it with chunky mash potatoes. No gravy just butter. I'm not a gravy person but I always make some for my husband. I also like the head and the belly for sinigang and mix it with big shrimp. Yum!

It doesn't look like pan seared for me, but braised salmon. You used a lot of butter and oil, like almost deep frying to the point that it looked like braised already.
Grilled salmon is better. Not bad Goma
