If you want to make your videos a bit more afk you don't really have to read all the text that there is nothing more to. Like the experience reward from quests, and the slayer points you get for each x amount of tasks. Rather spend that time on additional information, like explaining why the slayer exp from champions scroll miniquest isnt really "relevant"/worth going for, that its possible to point boost (either with 9x Turael 1x Konar or 9x Duradel 1x Konar), and stuff like that. Also, Nieve/Steve is not better exp than Duradel as you said early in the video, but kind of corrected later. And Suqahs gives fairly decent exp while being quite afk even though you will lose gp by cannoning, should be worth mentioning. Great video as always :)
@@jf9229 That's how easy it was for me to get 99 slayer in 2016, and I didn't even use the cannon. Since I first started my account my entire goal was 99 slayer so I slowly trained all my combat stats on controlled, after I got it I took a 3 year break from the game XD
I highly recommend getting the "Bigger and Badder" upgrade well before anything else. Will frequently give you a nice XP boost and is not very expensive. When you're starting out points are hard to come by and wilderness slayer can be rather stressful with low stats and low money. After that focus on your block list if you're already at Nieve or Duradel. Only then would I get the Slayer helm. 400 points is quite a lot and has very little benefit. All it does is allow you to get the Black mask bonus on the very few tasks that absolutely require a different item to be worn in your head slot. (It's 3 tasks - Banshees, Spectres and Dust/Smoke Devils) If you have points to spare or want the fashion scape go for it but the black mask will do exactly the same on every other task. EDIT: Something that was skipped over in the guide but might be interesting for some of you. You can do some slayer tasks in the nightmare zone which is extremely AFK and will yield high overall xp for a single task aswell as nice combat XP for very little effort. I recommend Trolls if you have Arrg from Troll romance (The other 2 trolls are annoying and less afk) and the Black Demon from the Grand Tree quest. There are more you can do but these are the ones I would recommend.
Karpata legit do 10 Wildy tasks and u have enough pts for black mask wildy slayer is best xp and go for any early slayer I’ve done 1-72 on 3 of my accounts all in wildy slayer afk and profit while using cannon Nd pray pots lol

Once you have a cannon and a d-scim you can get some pretty good xp rates on wildy slayer to get those slow early levels and unlocks. Once you get to maybe 70 slayer you should switch to regular slayer with Neive and then Duradel.
I have used konar the entire time that I could. She really breaks up the monotony by making you go to new places. I'm only 97 so I still have some levels left but I enjoy it

And Turael gives spider, scorpion, and other appropriate tasks, in case you want to break things up with Sarachnis, Scorpio, or Veninatis, Vorkath, Callisto, vetion, demonic gorillas, kalphite queen, etc. Go give some bossing a shot with slayer helm boost! (: Oh, also, the occasional brimstone key is a nice bonus. Helps for for the cannonballs from boosting, or useful stuff for irons.
Idk why you would block suqahs. They are really afk with a cannon, they always agro you, hit very low with protect from magic on and decent armor. You just eat every so often and boom they are done within 30 min. Not to mention good slayer xp.
It is possible to buy a rune pouch on the Grand Exchange! If you care about slayer points more than gp, I suggest going this route to save those valuable slayer points.

this is a really good guide. i'm 95 slayer and i still haven't done the cave horror or fossil island wyvern quests yet because those tasks look awful and i don't want to waste my points skipping them all the time haha :)
I imagine with 95 slayer you have lots of points. There is a separate unlock to block fossil island wyverns without using one of your blocks. Overall, you are probably best off completing as many quests as you can to get all your blocks.
Cave Horrors are a really chill task. You can just Guthans and a Witchwood to AFK them for the entire task. Or you can sit in a safespot and range them. They have a 1m drop that's relatively common for how much it's worth.
I love your channel, I need to get back into slayer and you are my slayer sensei. Sitting at 74 slayer at the moment, spent the last few weeks spamming vork but just cant be asked to sit there for the next 3 months so on to slayer.
Did they update the wyrm drop table or something. They seem to give decent returns for me now, similar to tasks that are never mentioned to be blocked so I legit don’t understand why so many people say to block them.
Suqah note: Kill them north west of Lunar Island teleport location. Good cannon spot and gives one of the best slayer xp/hour in the game, I pray magic in full Strength Gear. If you wanna go cheap, you can put a teleport Lunar in your house with a Rejuv pool, with Piety + magic prot you don't need any food or pray potions and teleport house every few minutes or so, returning takes mere seconds. Might even want to get the task extension reward. EDIT: Also Dust Devils and Nechs are great in the Catacombs as you can aggro a bunch with darts then stack them and burst/barrage them. Amazing slayer and magic exp. while bursting tends to turn you a profit too. I also suggest trying ice trolls above Jatiszo, they hit harder and use 2 combat styles, but are better xp/hour and have better (alchable) drops.
I love when Konar gives me a Jelly task. In 120 or so Jellies, I almost always get 5 brimstone keys on that task. It's great, especially when I'm lucky to get a single key on almost any other task...

it might be worth it to get slayer ring (unlock or buy 1) when you want to upgrade salve amulet. You can use to it skip the most of the miniquest by teleporting straight into the boss fight
So I disagree on a few tasks about their profitability. Bloodvelds, Wyrms, Drakes, and Cave Horrors I specifically enjoy because of how profitable they are. Bloodvelds, Wyrms, and Drakes are consistently 500K-1M tasks. While the Cave Horrors average out at about 500K per task with a black mask appearing about every other task. And yes, I do consider all of those still lazy tasks and very afkable as long as you use antifire potions while at Drakes. All these tasks add up cash wise. I'm 92 Slayer and I can already pay for 99 Prayer AND 99 crafting with just the profits. And well, I'm 94 Range that's been payed for by slayer too. 99 Slayer is so profitable if you play your cards right you should be able to pay for 99 Prayer, Range, Magic, Herblore, and Crafting. Or 99 Prayer, and Construction together and get the most expensive buyables out of the way from the profits. Hell... if you end up bossing every task you could potentially pay for every buyable in the game with just Slayer. But Drakes, Bloodvelds, Wryms, and Cave Horrors will help a lot with that.

At the current time the official download from OSBuddy and RuneLite have been okayed by Jagex themselves. As long as you only use the plugins included with the download, you’ll be okay. If you add any plugins yourself, that’s when you can start to get into some issues. I have a video on RuneLite if you’d like to check it out.

might be just me but unlocking aviancies might not be a bad idea since if you aren't wearing arma items then you can mostly afk them and they drop noted addy bars with hard Fremennik diaries done.
Not afk. It does require attention. There are attacks you have to get out of the way, turn your prayer back on when it's deactivated, cast the crumble undead spell, etc.
I frequently redo my block list depending on what I’m hunting at the time. After 99 slayer I just have point to use on whatever. So making it easier to get certain tasks is very beneficial for item hunting.
i feel that basilisk tasks should be extended as you can kill basilisk knights which is afk range and can score a jaw drop but thats just me. also block kalphtes forever as they have high task weight and poor xp

The higher weight monsters are good for afk tasks. So you wouldn’t block them. You just go down the list and block them in the order of weight depending on them being a bad afk task. I also did say in the video it’s just a matter of opinion.
This is the lazy way to 99 slayer not the ultimate efficiency guide fam. For lazy and leisure training this is a very worthy guide. The only issue I hav with it is not having the bigger and badder unlock as the first unlock before the slay helm and the herb sack//broader fletching then ring bling then others the only 2 that are ever set in stone in this order is the bigger and badder and slay unlock you can get anything else before or after another but the big bad makes it way better for you in the long run
There are Melee only Suqahs near the astral rune altar, extremely afk, 2 that agro you with a fast repawn rate. Wear tank bring food or wear prayer and take a p pot. a task of 60 takes about 15 mins.
You didn’t make it known that you shouldn’t block fossil wyverns because you can use your points to use a block for those that doesn’t waste a block of yours
72 lets you fight Kurasks and Skeletal Wyverns which are pretty decent money. That said, 75 will get you gargoyles which are great for money and pretty consistent.
I disagree with waiting for a certain cb level. At worst if you are using the low level ones it allows you to train multiple skills at once therefore when you get to the higher ones you will get better tasks.
the low level masters just suck though, they give you really short tasks against annoying and unrewarding monsters and they barely give you any slayer points. if you spend the time instead doing quests for exp and unlocking teleports, training prayer to 43, upgrading your gear, etc, when you start slaying your exp rates will be so much better that it'll actually save you time in the long run. if you won't wait for chaeldar, at the very least wait until 40 combat and a rune scim (or sword if ironman) and/or equivalent ranged/mage stuff for vannaka which is trivial to reach just from quests. you can do some turael tasks just to get enough streak to start getting awarded slayer points, but even then wait until you're about to start properly training slayer as doing shit like cave crawlers for turael with mithril gear is a huge waste of time
Yes you can. This only applies to the Inferno and Zuk. I specifically unlocked hot stuff so I could do the fight caves with the slayer helmet for my alt account.
The moment you suggested not using Konar, you immediately lost all credibility to me. On average, konar makes EVERY task profitable. Even cannoning hellhounds is now profitable. 1 out of every 5 tasks I get from her I need to skip cause it's demons in witchhaven(actually not bad, you can cannon I just hate running there) don't give advice if it's going to be this extremely bias. Was doing 250k slayer exp a day aswell.

A decent way to Duradel is using a Brimhaven house tele and then using the mine cart for 1k gp to go straight to Shilo village.

I did Konar 80-99 slayer. Idk why people don't use her, I rarely get a task I don't like. Also selectively did quests for an optimal slayer task list.

Their task weights are different. The tasks are similar, but how often you get different tasks is what makes the difference.

I frequently redo my block list depending on what I’m hunting at the time. After 99 slayer I just have point to use on whatever. So making it easier to get certain tasks is very beneficial for item hunting.

i feel that basilisk tasks should be extended as you can kill basilisk knights which is afk range and can score a jaw drop but thats just me. also block kalphtes forever as they have high task weight and poor xp
I don't even bother with the stronger suqahs, just set a cannon up on the southwest side of the island and 3 suqahs are in cannon range. 100% afk
I get at least 500k-1mil every wyrm task, so they're decent money for me...

If you have dragon hunter lance or crbow , do every dragon tasks , drakes you will get insanely fast xp and make bank.

I thought its proven that Duradel not only gives better money tasks, but also best XP??? Someone made an online spreadsheet about this? Nieve/Steve best afk tasks, Konar best Slayer points outside of wilderness slayer?

Your block list is jacked lol. Recommending to block those low weight monsters is really bad advice
The higher weight monsters are good for afk tasks. So you wouldn’t block them. You just go down the list and block them in the order of weight depending on them being a bad afk task. I also did say in the video it’s just a matter of opinion.
This is the lazy way to 99 slayer not the ultimate efficiency guide fam. For lazy and leisure training this is a very worthy guide. The only issue I hav with it is not having the bigger and badder unlock as the first unlock before the slay helm and the herb sack//broader fletching then ring bling then others the only 2 that are ever set in stone in this order is the bigger and badder and slay unlock you can get anything else before or after another but the big bad makes it way better for you in the long run
There are Melee only Suqahs near the astral rune altar, extremely afk, 2 that agro you with a fast repawn rate. Wear tank bring food or wear prayer and take a p pot. a task of 60 takes about 15 mins.
Definitely the worst way to do suqahs

You didn’t make it known that you shouldn’t block fossil wyverns because you can use your points to use a block for those that doesn’t waste a block of yours

I'm 72 slayer and still not making much money - When does it pick up?
72 lets you fight Kurasks and Skeletal Wyverns which are pretty decent money. That said, 75 will get you gargoyles which are great for money and pretty consistent.
I disagree with waiting for a certain cb level. At worst if you are using the low level ones it allows you to train multiple skills at once therefore when you get to the higher ones you will get better tasks.
the low level masters just suck though, they give you really short tasks against annoying and unrewarding monsters and they barely give you any slayer points. if you spend the time instead doing quests for exp and unlocking teleports, training prayer to 43, upgrading your gear, etc, when you start slaying your exp rates will be so much better that it'll actually save you time in the long run. if you won't wait for chaeldar, at the very least wait until 40 combat and a rune scim (or sword if ironman) and/or equivalent ranged/mage stuff for vannaka which is trivial to reach just from quests. you can do some turael tasks just to get enough streak to start getting awarded slayer points, but even then wait until you're about to start properly training slayer as doing shit like cave crawlers for turael with mithril gear is a huge waste of time

Honestly I really don’t get why people say wyrms are no profit. I tend to make 700k-1m between the bones, drops, clues and keys. Ah well
most likely because most people don't bank the bones. Generally its just bang em out fast, pick up the runes and that's about it.
Suqah is an ez cannon task that you shouldn't block imo. Also the amounts are very low. 60-80 suqah's from duradaddy literally take 10 min to do.
Also to get Suqah tooth which you will want to protect your spirit trees as they are untradeable.

Yes you can. This only applies to the Inferno and Zuk. I specifically unlocked hot stuff so I could do the fight caves with the slayer helmet for my alt account.

The moment you suggested not using Konar, you immediately lost all credibility to me. On average, konar makes EVERY task profitable. Even cannoning hellhounds is now profitable.
1 out of every 5 tasks I get from her I need to skip cause it's demons in witchhaven(actually not bad, you can cannon I just hate running there) don't give advice if it's going to be this extremely bias.
Was doing 250k slayer exp a day aswell.
Duradel is more profitable.

Ive done atleast 20 wyrm tasks and they've never been 1m an hour. Maybe 400k an hr if you're lucky.
