Ava Ann De OK. Here are a few things for you to try. Try making your mixture SLIGHTLY damper to stop the crumbling issue. The usual cause of bombs splitting or pulling apart is overfilling the mould. This causes a vacuum and as you pull the two part apart, the mixture goes with it. Just put enough mix in to make a small Saturn ring. My top tip is to unscrew the mould from the press and use your press plate instead. Fill your mould Put the top on Use the press plate to compress the mix Use a wooden spoon or something similar to tap the mould on all sides - especially the top and the bottom GENTLY try to separate the parts Use your extractor tool to remove the bomb After a while you will instinctively know when the bomb mix is right and when you can remove from the mould and it will be quick and easy for you. Let me know how you get on. K
