Long Beach Wilson High Track & Field - 400M Dash Powerhouse (Behind the Finish Line Series)

In this edition of Behind the Finish Line we profile the Long Beach Wilson High (CA) track & field team - in particular their prowess in the challenging 400M dash and how they approach the 4x400M Relay. During the shortened 2021 track & field season, Wilson had three boys in the top 25 400M times in California and the top 4x400M Relay time (3:15.26) overall. Their girls squad featured two of the top 15 400M athletes in California, including Aujane Luckey who had the fastest time in the state. The girls also had the second fastest 4x400M Relay time in CA.
