In Episode 10 of God of War 3, Kratos battles Skorpius, the Queen of the Scorpions, deep within the caverns below Mount Olympus. Scorpius is a massive and formidable foe, with a backstory rooted in Greek mythology. According to legend, the giant scorpion was sent by a deity to deal with Orion, who boasted that he could defeat any beast on Earth
The battle with Scorpius is intense and requires Kratos to be agile and strategic. The Queen of the Scorpions uses a variety of attacks, including swift strikes with her tail, which can be quite challenging due to their speed and the large hit-boxes Kratos must dodge these attacks and find opportunities to counterattack.
The fight culminates with Kratos using Skorpius’ stinger against her, pulling it through her head to deliver a fatal blow. After her defeat, Kratos destroys her crystallized remains to retrieve Boreas’ Icestorm, an item essential for his journey
