Anger issues and lack of patience. These are not good traits for a teacher.
No matter how good you teach, your behaviour and attitude matters in the end while dealing with students. Bacche shaitaani karenge hi. Uspe agar ek teacher easily bharak ja raha hai then there is a problem. Agar wo baccho se deal hi nahi kar paa raha hai toh he is not qualified to be a teacher.
I know that he has Ph.D. That means he is good at research.
But research and teaching are very different.
