I miss Kurt Busch. But I do understand it is what it is. I also do find Kurt Busch underrated.
I always liked Kurt, I think he hurt his career a little being such a hot head when he was younger, but he made every team that he was on better. Wish he was still racing
@@ameri_cancountry6936 I hear ya on this.
Spot on!
@@roberthevern6169 Thanks!
Kurt made such a good run at Indy. I miss Kurt.
Tell me about it. Same here.
Kurt did it, now we need Kyle Busch to do it before it’s too late
I don't think it's fair to say that at this juncture, given Kyle's age.
@@roberthevern6169 I know :( but I really wanna see him run it
@@roberthevern6169 Jimmie Johnson first ran it at 46. Just sayin'
@@xtlmno but he was retired he means both coke 600 and Indy 500
He had a ride lined up one year and Joe Gibbs shot it down. I hope he gets another chance to do it
Dude needs a movie about his career. WE need it.
Yes!
Documentary too
Sounds like Michael was a very good mentor! Kurt sees the big picture very well! E.G. when he took the big hit in his cup car, he recognized that for what it was, and rightfully so! He seems content with his life now, and that is all that matters!
I am going to be stun if he’s a first ever NASCAR driver to win the Indy 500 like Mario Andretti became the first IndyCar driver to win the Daytona 500
'Stunned'....but as a huge fan of Mario and Kyle and Kurt, we get what we get.
They always give 100%.
I remember following his journey and I wasn't even a fan of IndyCar or of him I'm not going to lie though I was super impressed how he handled it and I think honestly he would have been able to do all 600 miles at the Coke 600 had his engine not let go.
KURT GOT SCREWED
NOT EVEN ONE FAREWELL RACE
Agreed. Racing gives and takes. Nothing is a given
Shout it out, sing the gospel, woohoo!
Oh, you did...
Kurt Busch's double undertaking was just as impressive as Larson's attempt. It was much more of a surprise to learn Busch wanted to run the 500 and then watch him do so well. Great moment.
kurt is a cool dude ,very underrated by some ,but what a wheel man ,would like to see him in the booth or radio ,really miss the guy
He was able to win at least one race with each team he was in. Surprised he doesn’t do commentary more often. Same here.
Im not going to sugarcoat it, I genuinely could have seen Kurt do an IndyCar run the same way Jimmie did once he retired, if it wasnt for that accident..... but it is what it is, and at the very least, Im glad to say that I had the opportunity to watch him race both
Kurt is my favorite driver, it’s too bad he didn’t have the successful throughout his nascar career as he had early at roush.
True
Great interview!
Miss you on the track kurt.
Loved this

Kurt Busch is a dirty driver!
