The music really does really sound like how a gold apocalypse should. Grand, imposing and energetic, merrily waltzing through genocide. The mix of classical orchestra instruments and sci-fi instruments like the Theremin really evoke the image of some great unknown horror wreaking havoc, and laughing maniacally.
Fantastic scoring, as ever, EMM.

Music that cheerfully tells about the end of civilizations is my favourite kind. I remember some strategy game having music like this in my childhood and I fucking loved it. Just a mix of cheerful propaganda music and brutal war anthem.
