Just give them a module that makes their talent buffs apply faction-wide

Not my favourite gang but I did want to try out the synergy with Dagda (and Morgan but Morgan was less useful than I expected).
@@slonik0002 She is definitely a helidrop but she’s kinda bad at it. She definitely hits hard which isn’t bad though.
