Jen, marmalade is eaten on hot toast. Itâs not the same taste on a cracker . Try it with toast and see what you think!
Thank you for sharing this unboxing!! Everything looks beautiful, and we can almost taste it from afar đč
You & model Jay supported Highgrove Garden charities! Although expensive, it is not something you do every day- all to a good cause. Charming, thoughtful packaging - wonderful.
Jen, loved all the products. †How much was the shipping cost?

Sheâll probably try sending them a bill
Oh, I am looking myself after looking at that snazzy basket đ

The king is a leader in organic agriculture in the world and has been doing this for years all for charity! God save the King đâ€ïž great prices for all â€

@@nonacee5065 The king is a legend! Author, painter, organic farmer, and so much more! ..
@SK-su3pt Yes, he's had 70 years in the wings to be the best prince he could be. He was always a keen gardener, using innovative methods. The Prince's Trust has helped millions of young people over the decades, and his philanthropic endeavours are well known as well as all the environmental standards he set long before it became a global issue. Charles has always been a quiet achiever.
I think that those who speak negatively about the royal family should look at the history and results of all their participation in charities and environmental concerns.

Of course you bought directly from Highgrove because you are a smart & classy lady. Anyone who would buy from Meghan is neither smart nor classy.
Unless doing it on our behalf to prove how despicable it probably is to be fair otherwise I absolutely and totally agree with you
I wonder who she ripped off to get "her" jam
Anyone buying from Meghan has a death wish.
I was going to like this comment but at this moment is has 666 likes so I left it alone. Very symbolic.
On the bottom of my chocolate covered walnuts, it says Highgrove Gardens, The Orchard Room. MM is such a pitiful, pathologic copier.
Highgrove has an Orchard Collection and there is an Orchard Tea Room for visitors. MM didn't have to work hard to come up with her name. Predictable.
Chocolate covered walnuts? I need some, I bet they're delish.

The best part of all these items is that the profits from what is sold all goes back to (real) charities. King Charles started this when he was still Prince of Wales. He realizes he has been given so much, and is giving back.
People donât realise that, I donât think. He also started a charity to help young people start their own businesses and has been a preserver of nature and wildlife for years.
This was the then Prince of Wales, idea to sell all of these lovely things for charity. To give back to the people, not to profit himself .
I donât think she is trying to show off her jam. I think she is trying to prove she has friends.
Whatever she tries to do doesn't work at all - she is just not a nice person which she demonstrates repeatedly.
Excellent point
Well, that's yet another meg failure, isn't it? Wondering what failure she'll come up with next is quite entertaining. I'm not a betting person, but I do have a few ideas in my mind. Is it too much to hope that this will be a rare case of narcissist self destructs?
Abuser friends like Christy Teigen
Perhaps acquaintances.., but more of a grifting fraternity? đ
Meghan starts stuff, but NEVER finishes it. These stunts are just an attention grab. She does it when she gets lonely.
exactly..everything she does is the stunt of the moment, then its forgotten about...bcoz to carry it through means WORK !! and she just grifts !!!
Youâre right! She does what HG calls future faking: she announces sheâs going to do this or that but nothing comes to fruition!
Or when the heat is on with all their lies coming to bite them.
I heard that her new podcasts on Lemonada will not happen this year anymore, and will wait until 2025.
The reason - because she is so busy with her ARO.
đłđłđł
So if she cannot do two things at once, then why start the ARO site after spruiking her being on Lemonada with all this work in the pipeline? And without products, and without a CEO?
I suppose that one hour of work a week is being filled, by something, though unsure what, lol

As a marketing/communications professional, I have to say, Highgrove's packaging is absolutely A+! They definitely put a lot of thought and effort into the presentation of their products. And Jay is SUCH a good sport!
Not only that, but did you notice the complete absence of any plastic, styrofoam etc in the packaging? It was all sustainable packaging- in line with the King's long-time environmental practices!
You can tell they hire only very good people. Considering all these, good services, quality products and packaging, the price is not expensive.
The Highgrove packaging is beautiful and well done. Jay is such a great sport. đ

You can reuse the hamper and tote bag! I order things from the UK regularly, but the ÂŁ55 shipping was much higher than anything I bought. I bought some heavy things from the UK, too.
And people ask what the King does, and why does the UK still have a Royal Family, and what do they get out of it?? And here's just one example of what the King does ....and has been doing since he was a young man, he set things like this up to keep himself busy, which is why they all helped to set up Invictus Games and set Harry up to run it, to give him a focus and improve him as a man...which was working until you all know who came along!!
Exactly. Thank you for taking the time to write this.
The whole of the UK would fold if not for the BRF. That is the truth. That's why Jamaica talks BS when they know they'd be nothing more than a violent, slum where no tourist would go, island.

The Kings Foundation used to be called the Prince's Trust. This Trust has been in existence since the 1970's when Charles began Royal work. They are amazing in not only offering jobs but training people in trades etc. Loved the Jay Look! Funny
Prince Charles used his Navy separation pay to begin the Prince's Trust. He and his father Prince Philip provided so many young people opportunies, over a million from the Prince's Trust and The Edinburgh Prize ( now the Edinburgh Award), was founded in 1956 by His Royal Highness The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, today more than 1.3 million young people are actively participating in the Award in 130 countries, millions of young people have achieved success through the Award.
If I'm not mistaken Jimmy Choo started with a grant from the Prince's trust.
"The Prince's Trust will become the King's Trust, the Prince of Wales's Charitable Fund will become King Charles III Charitable Fund and the Prince's Foundation will be renamed the King's Foundation. I can count off six family members who currently make jams and make canned goods! Can someone please explain to me, how Meghan thinks she single handedly invented the recipe for strawberry jam? And thinks these "friends" will corroborate her claims? I can remember coming home from school, and being told to sit on the kitchen counter and take over the task of stirring the large pot of jam on the stove, for the rest of the afternoon. To be fair, that was plum jam, but you get my point!!! UPDATE! I just went on highgrove site , they have soldout of every package that has strawberry jam in it's package combo!
Hulling the strawberries was my job...only pitting cherries was worse...hand cramps for days...but Gram's jam in a peanut butter sammie was the best after school snack evah.
When we visited gran in the summer our job was to pick strawberries, blackberries, raspberrys, victoria.plums, and goosberries.
Then gran would make jams, for us to take home at the end of our stay. Any partial jars where put on one side and then reheated together to make a couple of mixed jars which where quite nice
Ole Smeg claimed it was her grandmotherâs jam recipe . Thomas Markle Jnr said that ( surprise, surprise) was an out & out total lie . Their grandmother never even made jam! Lol đ.

There is a rose garden with really high hedges all around it. there are cut outs through the hedges where a bust of Prince (now King) Charles are sited. The staff all laugh, each time they have to cut out an area of hedge, as it would appear that giving Charles a bust of himself appears to be popular from dignitaries.
You should have contacted Highgrove about the bangle. They might have sent one that fit. I'd love to get that whole kit. Looks so yummy!!
I would imagine there is a returns policy for jewellery
Jelly is made from fruit juice. Jam is made from the fruit.
Are jam and preserves the same?
@@user-bz2hl9xw1b "Jelly: fruit juice and sugar.
Jam: pureed fruit and sugar.
Preserves: fruit chunks and sugar.
Marmalade: preserves made with citrus fruit.
Compote: preserves but eaten fresh instead of preserved.
Chutney: jam but with vinegar and spices."
â@pbj1984 thank you ..I never knew the difference.
@@pbj1984 Thank you so much for the info! Very welcomed.
No - preserves are posh! Lol. btw, the English word posh [ for those who don't know] goes back to the days of rich people taking ' The Tour' or going to India during the ' Raj'. It's actually an acronym, a bit sarcastic, Port Out Starboard Home .
AND the LABELS stick!
Kicking myself for not saying this đ
I heard rumors that Netflix suspended her cooking show because of plagiarism of Paris Hiltons show. She has to start over

Kind of wonder what the king and the royal family thinking about all of this jam business going on
They deserve a laugh after all the health stress they have all gone through and still are! đŹđ§
I bet they are giggling their heads off everytime they have afternoon tea!
The late Queen would have found it hilarious. I think Highgrove should now link up with Paddington Bear & Highgrove Marmalade to make the famous marmalade sandwiches produced from her Majesty's handbag.đđđđ«

seriously. I went to the website and all the jams are sold out until further notice.
I live in Liverpool, I pass Alder Hey Children's Hospital when I go into the city centre. It does great work. I didn't know that some of the proceeds of sales go to the hospital. Every days a school day. đ May have a nosey at the HighGrove website. Now I'm hungry. đ
Prince William made an appearance today and he told a kids joke while he was there. He said it was the favorite around his house and charlotteâs favorite specifically.
Knock, knock
Whoâs there?

I also ordered from Highgrove and had excellent service. Shipping was high, but expected from the UK. I saw many things that I want to go back and buy. It was just my protest against those people!!! I loved the jam!!!!
I bet King Charles is sat there twiddling his fingers sniggering away to himself thinking of his charities
Hi Jen, you ought to try the marmalade on buttered toast, you might find yourself becoming a convert! Seeing your purchases has made me decide to place an order with Highgrove myself đ
The packaging looks incredible! I love the little house.
Now thatâs how you create a basket đ§ș! Nothing cheap, shoddy about this!
I love that the Bramley products are cruelty free. Thanks so much for showing us all this!
