@@biggre8365 Nah just forgot at the time, didn't matter though even looking back I would've just stayed site anyways, no need to roam if they aren't really on pushing above much and forcing it breach
@@ilumahsoka true, he probably felt the need to attack the breach to try and get to you, from my experience when people are tracking you it's almost like they forget there are 4 other players they need to watch out for 😂

you really clutched them villa attacks, lighting people up left right and centre haha. I’d love to see mute game play, hes such a good operator for me in solo q since hes a 1 man team at somepoints. Counters so much and his guns insane paired with an smg secondary and a nitro. Top 5 defense operators for sure

@@Demons1230 With performance mode you get 120 FPS instead of 60 so it's wayyy smoother. And as a bonus if you pair it with a 120HZ monitor it runs even smoother

Though I've hit champ last season, my attack is absolutely abysmal. Even though you are console watching you play and explaining what you are doing really helps out. I feel like I barely use my brain when attacking, but when I'm defending I use my util well and try to waste time if I'm roaming or holding site as an achor if needed by the team.
Good stuff man, especially on the defenses. Love to see actual utility usage and not just the running around and swinging everything with your gadgets still in pocket haha. Keep it up and you'll get there on the attacks too

Ahh that's right I did see that in the reveal but completely forget at the time! I'll keep it in mind though for next time, still don't know if I would've changed up what I did that round since my team was all bunkered

Hi Ilum, I love your videos ive been watching for a while and ive gotten a lot better at the game because of you. One question I have is how do you have such good recoil control? I struggle with this alot no matter how much i practice
Just been playing for so long and I've also practiced the hard recoil guns a ton. I warm-up every time before I play pretty much with SMG-12 and F2 for example, free for alls help a ton too these days since t-hunt is gone. For people now I recommend shooting range and turn infinite ammo on, you can spray forever and it really helps get the muscle memory down

I'm really struggling with recoil control and making plays to win rounds, for example how you killed the guy planting when time was out I never would of thought of that. Thank you💜

Also best tip you had awhile ago, that I tell all new players is to turn the health bar off. Can’t be playin with ya tail tucked. Can’t stand when ppl look up stats before games.
Me neither looking up stats means you're gonna be fearing people with good ones probably, just gotta go into it like any other match
And for the Lair thing I'd say to bring an ash or zofia if you're directly trying to take it against Azami or something, best way I've found. Keep a preplaced below regardless though to see if they're trying to preplace a C4 there, it's pretty common

As a new comer, do you recommend trying to use your sensitivity settings ? And adapting to them, or start low and work faster
All personal preference but I'd start a little lower at least, I played 35-60 for the longest time until last year so I'd probably recommend something like that if you're new

Ilum, do you not know how vigil’s gadget breaks Deimos ? If you activate it when you get the targeted notification it removes it completely

Shooting range with infinite ammo turned on, helps with muscle memory a lot, can really learn the patterns
By the way vigil can counter deimos by activating his ability. If you activate it when the scan is announced to the server you can even deny it completely iirc.

Hey ilum i have a question: i save up my renown for a operator rn but i dont know what operator i should get the only ones i dont have are sens, grim, brava, ram, maestro, oryx, clash, thunderbird and fenrir
Out of those I'd recommend Fenrir first but he's also always banned so you should probably get either Brava or Ram, depending on if you're more of a aggressive player or passive player, because Brava is quite slow with her gadget

Just go to custom games and make sure to do local, that's how you do it yourself and then change the settings for time and stuff

On my main I think I got like 6K, and then I'd guess probably a few hundred combined on all others, maybe 500 tops
okay, I have about 8 days of time on siege in my lifetime, I'm trying to get aim like you so I have been practicing a lot in shooting range. I still have a lot of recoil but I'm normally top frag in my ranked squad. We're at best golds. Would you say I just need more hours to get that kind of aim or am I missing something in the drills?

Oh yeah definitely more time needed, 8 days is still very new even if you're already top fragging (good job on that). You'll for sure improve a ton more though as time goes on

Yeah you're probably at the peak of ranked 2.0 hidden MMR at that point being diamond, so you'll be getting the toughest ones possible! Keep grinding man, great practice at least

Yeah just an alt for the season, usually I'll get a new one each season so we can have fresh stats and hidden MMR to grind through the ranks, haven't played on my main in ages now

Nah it's only higher because of stick drift, I usually have to keep mine around 8-10
Any tips on growing a twitch channel or yt channel? Been steaming on twitch for a month 2-4 hours a day but no one turns in 😢
You should try making videos on TikTok or CZcams before streaming on twitch because its hard to get viewers if you dont already have a community, but if you just want to start streaming you should probably stream on TikTok because its easier to get viewers.
Is it best for this season for yr9s1 to only use acog for the guns on defence and attack

how do you decide what operators are good for certain maps? 1:06
Hard to really say without knowing the map but usually it just depends on the push I'm doing. Example if I'm planning to rappel the aqua balcony that I do on coastline then I'll usually go someone with claymores for it, same with the kitchen site for my flank since I push office. Then another example on Villa I push main stairs from below, I like having stuns in case anyone is contesting me from main stairs so I can go up or I like twitch for the extra drones to get me in below, since there's a lot of angles. All depends on your desired pushes
