- Hi friends! I promised to bring you new and lesser-known handbag brands that offer great value, so here's one I'm very excited about! Ateliers Auguste is a Paris-based brand and all of their bags are handmade in Italy. They reached out to me recently and offered to send me a bag to try out (little did they know, I've been eyeing their bags for months now)! I chose the Mini Monceau bag for it's practical size and minimalist aesthetic. Watch the video to get all the details! P.S. This video is NOT sponsored. I love the new designers that offer a great quality for a reasonable price, like Polene, Ateliers Auguste, Lonbali, Cuyana or the traditional ones like Le Tanneur. I am getting tired of the price increases and limitations in the so called luxury brands. Thank you!
Yes! But unfortunately Polene is not a brand I would recommend. I bought it based on Catwalks review, and I really regret it.
I've had great experience with my Cuyana bag so far...

@@MataHari27 I got the numero Sept and the lock on that sometimes doesn't open. It's so frustrating because sometimes you need to access your phone urgently and the lock just won't open up. So now I have to keep my phone in my pocket if I want to be able to easily access it.

When I purchase this bag, I thought I would be disappointed and end up returning it like I did when I purchase senreve and Polene paris. I ended up returning both brands mentioned and other contemporary brands. Itâs different with Atelier Auguste. The leather is soft and not stiff or dry like other leather. Also, the smell of this leather reminds me of my Chanel caviar bag. Iâm looking forward to other styles in the future and hope theyâll maintain the same leather years down the road.

I love my Ateliers Auguste bags ( Grande Madame and the mini Monceau gold edition). Their shop in Le Marais is elegant and understated in keeping with the minimalist design of the bags. Reasonably priced for superior leather quality. Thank you for the review.

Iâve been interested in this brand once before too and this exact size/style! I liked the gray color but this cream color is very versatile too!
I planned to wear this cream color with mostly white/cream outfits but it works so beautifully against all black and also with denim! â€

Great video, beautiful bag... This month I returned 2 different bags from a luxury house due to quality issues. I'm so done. On the other hand, I bought a bag from Cuyana during the summer and I am so happy with it. Great company and I love all that they stand for and business ethics. Thanks for sharing this beauty. I will definitely check them out.

Great question! I was thinking about this earlier and itâs hard to compare bc the designs are different. Also the leathers feel different. Polene bags are generally a bit heavier and have more folds and artistic styling. The Ateliers Auguste bag (at least the one I have) is light and simple (no unnecessary material). I think both brands are quite nice and within a similar price range. Itâs a matter of preference really.
This actually reminds me of Demellier London Vancouver bag but perhaps, itâs slightly bigger than this one. Have you heard about it? Would you consider the bag?
Iâve heard great things about Demellier as well but Iâm not super familiar with them as Iâve never had a chance to see their handbags in person.

I have zero color transfer so far but Iâm mindful not to wear against dark denims!
