First he said that we will debate her but only under fox news, then he said he's not gonna debate her because he's not certain if she'll be the democratic nominee even though there was very good evidence that she would be, then he said he won't do it because they "already know everything they need to know about both", now here he's saying that he will probably debate her, but I think he's just saying that so he seems better. I hope he debates her so she can roast him constantly.
