wow fsr 3 is the savior of people with low specs. Let me ask one thing, many people say fsr3 frame gen will have lag and artificial fps, so do you feel the lag when you turn it on while playing?

If you don't have enough VRAM, you just will waste money (of course more ram will improve your PC in general)

CPU is too weak and ddr3 Ram speed also very low. Plus you're running GPU from a pcie gen 2.0 slot . Modern 3.0 and 4.0 are faster.
So it's mostly unplayable on ur setup.
