Here's a quick thank you from all the beginner DJs. The amount and quality of work you do for us and the fact we can access that for free is just mind blowing. So thank you!
I totally get what is being said. Ive invested time and money trying to be as flexible as possible woth hardware and soft. So far im comfortable with RB(pc and standalone), Engine, VDJ, and Traktor. Only one left that Im yet to learn is serato
Phil you are my go to when it comes to advice on controllers and tips you have helped me a lot . I have a question regarding mid and high if you could help me , it’s been bothering me for a long time , I’ve always mixed trance and hard house , I tend to mix hard house aggressively and bring the tracks in with mid around 9 to 10 and high 11 tweak them and then usually switch the bass , trance I do more gradual . I keep seeing videos particularly with tech house and house where people are bringing the next track in with both channels on mid and high at 12 o’clock . Am I missing something because I was taught never to do that but I’m seeing it everywhere ?

Hey Phil, hypothetical question.... Would you swap a Denon Prime 4 for a ddj flx10?
Personally, no
