Hi, i'm not very familiar with the z800 (not my bike) On my bike (triumph) it will go out after you have driven a short distance? If this doesn't work,try checking and cleaning all connections and terminals. Failing that, you will have to read for faults using 'tune ecu' or visiting the dealer.
