I got FF7 when it launched in Fall 1997 in the US. I remember being blown away by the play, storyline, graphics and music. When I got to the Forgotten Capital the first time that fall the music made me literally stop playing and just listen, as I am tonight. I saved the game and just let the BMG play the whole night, turning the brightness down on my TV. I kept a second save here just so I could listen to this when I wanted to escape the world (or go back to playing you know who). There are only a few FF songs that I associate this vividly to memory. Thank you for the extended mix.
