What drew Carlisle to Esme, (aside from her almost dying), that made him want to change her specifically, and not another woman in the ward?
From what I heard they deleted the scene from when Carlisle changed Esme. I as well don’t understand what drew him to her, maybe he was starting to fall for her.

Ashley hasn’t aged at all. She looks like Alice still but Peter is unrecognisable. He doesn’t look like Carlisle (or Carlizzle) at all. He doesn’t even look like the characters he played on the Countdown movie or the F*ck-It-List (I currently am a little bit obsessed with him)
