The a on the Jake is for auto when you are in cruise control that’s what you will use the b is max braking it’s supposed to go back up into the 3rd position but they break often. Also you can go into your center screen and ajust what speeds you want the break to come on when in a cruise control say you are going 60 and you want the brake to come on at 68 it will come on bring you back down to 60 with the auto setting also they do have hill Decent control I just can’t remember how to use it, also if you look by your seat belt latch on the right side of you you will see a black square button if you press that, it will turn on the seat massager.

On the tablet for your pre trip On the main screen where you have your time swipe to the left and you will see the pretrip button
So the Volvo light, click once for the light to come on with the door open. Click 2 for it on now.
Engine brake 1 is off
2 is auto applied with brakes
3 is level 1
4 is level 2
5 is level 3
(A) stands for automatic the way it works is when you break the engine breaks turns on and when you let go of the break the engine break turns off. That’s 1 of the reasons I like the Volvo’s

Dude I worked at knight for 4 months May-August 2023 and man that trailer is good as new lol one time I had to deal with trailer ABS light and oh man I went to a loves they couldnt fix it and then got sent to a TA but the amount of trucks in front was crazy so I did the trucker trick disconnect the ABS connection so I can go and deliver that load instead of sitting for days. Most of knights trailers are fuuuuuuqqqqdd the newer ones are the ones starting 8's and the 6's trailer are oldest garbage. Landing gears are trash and some are worked on on the field by the drivers themselves one time I dealt with a handle that was attached with a lock seal 😂😂😂 not fun at all. But hey I was at that Phoenix terminal ohhh man it's nice to got flown back to Chicago for my truck. I do miss the no forced dispatch and not doing 8/2 shifts but I don't miss that super low pay lol fun time though
I don't like those Mega Carriers myself. I did run for CR England before, but after them, i got with a company running in N off the georgia ports, with NO TOUCH Freight, home every night, N 1400 bring home weekly. Do ur thing bro

1) Arrive at shipper
2) Loaded call
3) Arrive at receiver
4) Empty call
Arrive at stop and depart stop is for those whom are dropping multiple loads from one trailer. Good luck

Yessir crocs are the way to go. Before I went local and was over the road I wore crocs for 2 reasons. They’re comfortable af & to piss off super truckers

People from other states are mad about Californians moving to their states causing a cost of living increase have forgotten about the homeless people who were sent to California because it was a warmer state.
@@johnj8840 I worked with homeless people over 10 years ago and many people came received one-way tickets to California. What better place to be homeless? It’s warm and barely rains. Some people with health problems also come to Southern California because the warm temperatures helps to ease pain and symptoms.

Marten hired me too, did all the paperwork everything then day before I’m supposed to go to orientation the recruiter said safety changed their mind. I had already put in two weeks notice for my job at the time. They screwed me over. Weird people in the offices.

And get some extra electric/air lines. If you snap them, you don’t need to call someone. You can just replace and move on. Also have some tools.

Your comment on the miles was FACT. I work for Red Clasdic. They have a two teir pay system. Hourly and milage. Hourly is paid four every thing from paper work to loading and unloading your truck taking a Dump and fucking off. There grossing between 1400 to 1600 a week for a local Job. Milage drivers get bent over doing the Coca Cola Saluite at. .68 a mile an hourly driver would make between 100.00 and 150.00 more for doing g the same local run.
They don't tell you they have a two tier pay system you have two find out after your hired. I had other options at the time that have since dried up along with other local jobs in this area.
Last I had 200 miles for 9.5 hours which included bumbing docks. There accessories pay is laughable at 21.00 an hour after the first half hour the steal from you while hourly again is getting 27.00 an hour laughing all the way to the bank.
Stay away from red classic im out as soon as the market opens back up.
