    Rhinoman have been in the aluminium fabrication business for over a decade and specialise in delivering superior quality, functionality and aesthetically pleasing products. The Rhinoman canopies are made in South Africa from 2.5mm Automotive Grade Aluminium and has a unique design resulting in incredible strength and a very low weight of under 75kg (standard double cab).
    The canopies are manufactured using the latest in CNC machines and CAD technology. Crucial to the strength of the canopies is the quality and integrity of the welding, this is done in a zero tolerance jig in order to ensure no deforming takes place during welding. In standard form the canopy is finished in a durable powder coat layer with standard options being White or Black, colour coding options are available for the canopy frames and side doors as special orders in wet spray finishes. The front and rear doors have bonded toughened glass, with a sliding window and positive airflow vent in the front, the aluminium window frames are powder coated black.
    If you are looking for a practical, reliable and great looking canopy that will serve your needs at work, holiday breaks or extended touring trips then the Rhinoman Canopy is for you. In a destruction test undertaken by The Bush Company a Rhinoman canopy withstood over 7.6 tonnes of static load on the roof (see video here), so rooftop tents, boat loaders and tinnies will be no problem. The dynamic load rating is 250Kg, and the Rhinoman Xtreme and Xpedition Canopies comes is a 2 year manufacturers warranty.
    There are two Rhinoman canopy models available:
    - XPEDITION Canopy which has solid aluminium gullwing side doors.
    - XTREME Canopy that has glass gullwing side doors with integrated bonded side sliding windows.

      Hi Mark, there may be after market kits that could do that but we are not aware of any.

    Im confused though, is it not true that welds on canopies are more susceptible to micro cracking under longer periods of usage on corrugated roads?

    • @TheBushCompany
      @TheBushCompany  Před rokem +1

      Not if the canopy is well designed and made.
