As far as I can remember, MC has always just done the "...make me feel so HIGH" where she goes from chest to a B6 whistle on the syllable/word 'high' instead of ascending from G5 to C7 like in the studio version or some other kind of scale. That's because it was nowhere near Mariah's control/execution and furthermore it's not her strong-point - her supported belts are more impressive. Also, I noticed that the uploader didn't provide the note or count it at all in the scale because it's disconnected register.

Pete Flores No, mariah’s whistle comes easy coz its more airy and lighter, and mariah is a coloratura so she has more control over her voice especially doing runs in her whistle register. While Morissette’s whistle tone is much thicker almost sounds like a headvoice. And that doesn’t take away from the fact that compared to most new generation who can whistle (Ariana, Demi, Jojo, Tori kelly, Jessie J, even Xtina (falsetto) etc), she has the most consistency, control, and ease in this register. She can use it anytime she wants to. Even mariah herself sometimes couldn’t access the whistle tone and it wouldnt come out (she said it herself sometimes she dont know if the whistle voice will come out or not). In this generation, nobody has the control over her whistle register like Morissette. Shes the only one currently who can sustain the whistle register for a long period of time (more than 10secs) and do riff&runs with it. Ariana most of the time just uses her falsetto and always below the 7th octave.

Ravian murphy MARIAH CAREY IS A LIVING LEGEND AND NEW SINGERS ARE IDOLIZING HER. Her voice has deteriorated (as shes older and her bad drinking habits) but on good days her voice is still powerful having support up to D5, which most new singers cant even do. So shut up if you dont know anything.
