- In the -55kg women's session at the Asian Weightlifting Championships 2022 we saw an incredible battle between Kazakhstan's Zulfiya Chinshanlo and China's Yu Linglong. They went toe to toe in the snatch climaxing in an exciting world record attempt. But from who?

Weightlifting House, these free sessions have been great and I just bought the on demand to watch the rest.
On another note: the loaders need to learn to put the bar straight. In this session at least two athletes corrected it before lifting. It would mess with my head to walk up to a bar not aligned straight on the platform in a competio. Luckily, I'm weak as shit and 30+ years old, so it's not an issue I'll have to worry about.
Also. This session was awesome. Easily the most exciting out of the free ones so far.
I turn the bar slightly so I don't make eye contact with the front judge at local meets 😂
Yu LingLong Personal Best Competition was 125kg not 121 on Chinese National 2021 ,Made on Second Attempt after 120 Opener ,Attempted 128kg but Miss the Jerk

ZKC Plates look nice but I used the bars some years ago and they felt cheap. I imagine they've improved by now?

Yeah, not that i am qualified to critique her form considering she outlifts me in everything, but she seemed to cut her drive in the jerk short to try and dip under. She looks strong though, i think if she improves her jerk she could be amazing
Damn, Eva Veli is going to have a tough time competing with these gals , hope she can medal at the worlds.
She tested positive a couple of months ago so will probably not be at Worlds

I wonder why Windy Cantika Aisah🇮🇩compete as 55kg even though she could won Asian Title on Her Origin Class 49kg with 86kg Snatch + 106kg Clean&Jerk that 192kg Total would be enough to beat Wang JiaLi

@@fauzanbagus7989 Iya memang sih Bang kalo Windy juga masih baru dari masa Recovery ndak mungkin langsung bisa Maximal Weight dengan Diet sekaligus ke Kelas 49kg .Tapi kalo Saya pikir" kan Peluang buat Asian Title lumayan banget mengingat tahun ini 2022 kebetulan Pesaing-nya lagi Dikit jadi terbuka lebar ,Kalo misal Top Lifter kelas 49 main lagi tahun berikutnya Kesempatan kayak gini bakal susah balik
@@christianwijaya6906 Itu memang disayangkan, tapi memang ya kalau keadaannya sudah gitu ya tidak bisa dipaksakan.
Tapi kalo bisa bersaing jadi rank. 4 lumayan, apalagi mungkin bb nya cuma 51-52 kg bersaing ke kelas 55 yang notabennya bb 54,...kg.

You can compete internationally as a man too with a bodyweight snatch. It's all circumstantial.
