After a big year the Nittany Lions find themselves in the Big Ten Championship with a 10-2 record. While the Wisconsin Badgers have been impressive all year suffering two heart break losses to the Big Ten Conference elites like Michigan and Ohio State. The winner gets a possible bid to the College Football Playoff. - Sport
This is great to watch and remember!!! We are getting back there with the young talent and amazing team coming up once again!! WE ARE

I live 20 min from Beaver Stadium and I loved this team. Cardiac kids!!!
I remember this game like it was yesterday. For some reason, despite being down 28-7, I was cool as a cucumber. Everyone was shocked because I'm always Mr. Over-Reactor. I knew they could do it. What a game, it had shades of 1994 at Illinois. A very underrated Illini team jumps to a 21-0 lead after the first quarter, we cut the lead to 28-14 at halftime and 31-21 after three and then shut them out the rest of the way, then came back to cut the lead to 31-28 and with a minute left we score the game winning touchdown and stop the final Illini drive. That 1994 Illini game as far as I'm concerned is the best game that Penn State played in the Big Ten era, it showed a special kind of resilience. This game was a VERY close second favorite.
I love how this team was loaded and no one knew it. So many are still playing in the pros.
Alls I have to say is this was truly one of the BEST games. Unfortunately, I can't even say it was one of the best games PSU played THAT YEAR!!! The Big Ten Championship game against Wisconsin was just unbelievable. Down 28-7 in the 2nd Quarter. Then come back to take the lead, 38-31 in the fourth, and make a 4th and 1 stop with a minute to go!!! Just, unreal!! Then came the absolute icing on top! The Rose Bowl against USC. AND, Although it was a 52-49 loss, anyone who watched that game couldn't walk away without feeling as though it was one of the greatest Rose Bowl games in its unrivaled history!!! Pure Chefs Kiss!!
P.S. I still believe NONE of the teams that did make the playoff that year wanted ANYTHING to do with either PSU OR USC!! In my opinion they were the two teams playing the absolute best football at that time. And NO ONE wanted any parts of S. Barkley, McSorely and the boys, or That powerhouse offense led by Sam Darnold at USC. If you watch that game from start to finish you'll definitely see what I'm talking about!!!

Far from a great team, but one of my favorite PSU teams to watch. They seemed to realize midway through the 3rd quarter. "Hey, we could lose if this keeps up." Then they would go to work. Did not always succeed, but it was fun to watch when it did.

and they still put osu in instead of us... when we had 1 more win and beat them and they lost 2 of theyre last 6 so i guess they dont like bieng told what to do even when its clearly right... osu got destroyed by clemson was like 35-7 at half. not saying we wouldve won but either us or usc wouldve had a good game vs clemson. that 2016 rose bowl had insane rosters both sides
My concern is that USC has a significant muscle advantage and it'll be noticeable by the end of the 1st quarter ... as poor PSU will get blown off the field, though I sincerely hope I'm wrong. USC 42, PSU 21.:-(

I remember feeling, oh shit we are in trouble at a few times in this game!!! But, these guys just never failed to excite us, we still got screwed out of the playoffs, I understand the damn Pitt loss is the one that stung early in the season, but Ohio State got murdered by Clemson, and there is no doubt in my mind that we would have matched up much better!!!!
