Damiano, the singer, is 22 and the other three, Victoria, Ethan and Thomas are 20. They've been together for like 5-6 years and started out busking on the streets of Rome.. They are incredible, and yeah, about to take over the world!

Damiano (the singer) is also the lyricist of the band and they have really profound stuff especially the italian ones, the english songs are more commercial. He indeed has such a unique tone of voice, very raspy, but at the same time he can belt out incredible notes ( in reality he has a surprising soft voice). He was born to be a showman. You should check torna a casa the vevo unplugged version for something different and melodic, la paura del buio from radio italia and also their performance of zitti e buoni at Eurovision. I'll bet you'll be hooked on maneskin like the rest of the world

What about Jess and the Ancient Ones? Finnish psychedelic occult rock band formed in 2010. My second-favorite band of all time. They’re just fantastic-y’all should’ve had them represent you at Eurovision. I love every single one of their songs, and I consider “Come Crimson Death” to be my favorite song.

The most impressive thing is how young they all still are and how tight this band is. Musically this is so on point.
The second song (Zitti e buoni) is the one that won eurovision. You should check out La Paura del Buio live at radio Italia- there's an English sub version and it's an excellent performance. It's well worth looking up their lyrics afterwards because some of them are absolute poetry (for me Vent'anni will probably be my favourite lyrically).

Great job! Maneskin (moan-eh-skin) is Danish for "Moonlight". The bassist's (Victoria Di Angelis) mother is Danish. Zitti e Buoni basically translates as "Shut Up and Behave". It's about being yourself and not worrying about what other people think about you. The main lyric in the chorus is, "I'm crazy, but not like they are; you're crazy, but not like they are; we're crazy, but not like they are."

Hi Guys, this band has been doing live concerts since they were 15 years old. They participated in X Factor when the guitarist was not yet 16 years old and finished second. They won the Sanremo festival the most important musical event in Italy. They recorded the cd live because their specialty are live concerts, like many other Italian artists they have an extraordinary talent and are very young, like Vasco Rossi and Ligabue give the most live, now they are advanced with age but also gold started doing concerts when they were still teenagers. But the world knows NOTHING about Italian music and believes in stereotypes as old as my grandfather, while we have enjoyed for 40 years talents that the world does not even imagine, precious treasures! Victoria does not play the guitar but the bass. I warn you that Damiano is a poet not just a voice, so if you decide to make another rection get ready to look for a video with Sub eng, they are very important. Good life!

Great reaction ! This very young band (20-22 years old) already has to platinum-certified albums in Italy, and just reached No.1 of the charts in Germany and 7 in the UK with Beggin' (a song they performed on X factor 4 years ago when the youngest was 16 !!). They are multi-faceted, their Italian songs as good as the English ones. If you would like to react or listen to a rock ballad (Coraline), or another song with deep lyrics (Vent'anni), definitely chose a lyrics video. Europe is already addicted to this band !!

Unfortunately the "crowd" is very limited, due to Covid restrictions, but you'll get an idea of how good they sound live.

React to Zitti E Buoni live Grand Finals Eurovision, competition turned into Maneskin concert, they destroyed the competition which were 25 other European countries. Also check out "New Song" live Radio Italia, La Paura de Buio, Beggin (live X Factor Italy 2017), Kiss this (live X Factor Italy), Moriro da re, Chosen, Torna a casa, Amandoti. Try to stick to live performances because studio versions in my opinion doesnt give justice to how freaking amazing these kids are. I say kids because they are aged 20 to 22 years old in this video. Prepare to be madly in love with them.
Maneskin means moonlight in Danish, the name was given by the bassist Victoria DiAngelis because she is half danish and it was chosen in a rush :). Damiano David is the singer, he is 22, the guitarist is Thomas Raggi he is 20 years old and the drummer is Ethan Torchio 20 years old as well. Victoria is 21

I suggest you to listen a Song called New Song from Maneskin.
"Zitti e buoni" pronunciation: "zitti" (kinda) and "buoni" is right (the last try being the best one), the wrong part is the "e". in Italy, we NEVER pronounce "e" like an "i", we pronounce it like an actual "e", like you would do as in "mErmaid" or "tElEfone", so it sounds more like what an "ai" sound should be for you guys. Hope i explained myself clearly
