AMD’s Adrenalin software is really easy… you can undervolt or overclock your CPU and GPU from it or stream and record, a bunch of different graphics card settings to help with FPS and latency…

Both his PC are using nvidia 3080 and 4090. AMD not bad but he cant stream to twitch on it as the codec is horrible for streaming to twitch. AMD codec needs 12k bitrate to look like nvidia 6k bitrate. Twitch caps bitrate to 6k. Hopefully now AMD are supporting streamers they can release a codec that can compete with NVIDIA with streaming to twitch.
