who said there is no cholestrol in plant food ? One needs to eat a complete balanced diet consisting of green veggie ,fruits,fish & sea food,egg,dairy product ,chicken ,whole grains,legumes,mutton,nuts,seeds etc to get optimal health,cholestrol too has 2 parts ldl and hdl (good part needed by the body) ,remember moderation is the key ,people have been consuming these foods for ages in the world and lived perfectly for 80-100 yrs ,those not eating animal based food also die beacuse of heart attack and blockage and if you are so much worried about cholestrol leave dairy as well it too has cholestrol become vegan then

It is nice to know from a Medical Doctor that Meat is Bad for Heart. Thus, between Chicken and Mutton, one should prefer Chicken. And, if eating Chicken, eat in small quantity. I thought that Fish fat is good for heart. Yes/No? And lastly, if one is vegetarian eating fried things and milk products possibly contain more fat than Chicken. Yes/No?
