Hi I’ve been using a pair of these for over a year. They are re-branded visico 4 units. The visico 801TX allows remote control of power settings and on/off of the modelling lamp, it’s available for about £30 online from a well known UK lighting retailer in Bradford.

Thanks for the tutorial. Picked up 2 of these...I know Neewer mentions a 1/200th max shutter. My camera utilizes lens leaf shutters (X1D)...so I'm hoping I can use a faster shutter speed. We shall see. Once again thanks for the great video.

Hello, I loved your video. I just got my Neewer Speed Flash a week ago and I have been using it but I can't seem to get it to flash when I need it. I have a Canon 80D and I am wanting to shoot in night clubs but the flash does not always go off and its so frustrating. I can figure out what I am doing wrong. Can you help me??

Hi, I just got mine and sadly got the problem with fitting it on a stand. My two different brand of a regular size stand's end is too thick to fit into the handle of the gun. Could you provide me with some brand or even possibly a link to the specific stand you use. Many Thanks K

I am new to strobe photography. I recently purchased this strobe. When using the trigger that came with strobe, the strobe lash doesn't fire every time I shoot. It works like 1 out of every 5 shots. Is that normal? If not, how to I correct this. I purchased the a nikon shoot adapter (I think that's what it is called), and connected the adapter and strobe with the cable that came with the strobe. The strobe fires every time with the nikon adapter.

I love this light the batterys last forever i have 3 that i havent had to recharge for almost a year.

@@ZdenkaDarula Well more like 7 months on all 3 batteries. The highest i ever go is 1/4 but most of the time im in the 1/64 to 1/8 range. 6000mah each goes a looooonnnggggg way lol.

I bought a the Vision4 a few months ago. I use it as a hand held strobe for architectural photography. It works great so far for most shots but..
When shooting at low settings (1/64, 1/32) at white subjects, it throws a noticeable cyan color light. Anyone else have this issue with the Vision4?

I just ordered that strobe vision 4 it works great, but I’m getting like that bright flashy look..even with the umbrella soft box diffuser,fstop adjustments and my iso is at lowest. This gives me a more cooler look when I rather have the warm look. Any advice of what I need to do or try? I was also shooting indoors
Hm.... the only thing is to move with further away from subject.... honestly I would have to see it
Your softbox u need a copper color one inside not silver that will change the kalvin degrees also... or your camera also has function to shoot warmer photos so u dont have to use photoshop.

@@ZdenkaDarula Yes (my bad). BTW I'm having a problem with the wireless receiver connecting with my strobe. I tried triggering it with the sync cord and that works so I'm guessing the problem lies with the wireless trigger or hot shoe. After connecting the trigger to the hot shoe, what needs to be done so they're on the same wavelength? I'd RTFM but I misplaced it.
Wow really awesome flash. I have two nikon flashes that can be used on or off camera and they are quite good. Nikon sb900 and sb500 i think the 900 is now discontinued but boy oh boy can they get a job done. Not as large and easy to travel with. But i would love one of these in your video.

This is not q continues light. This is an strobe and can release light for less than a second when you hit the shutter .
You need a continuous light.check out godox sl 60 w.

It does not support HSS. Vision 4 only supports M, Multi, 2.4G wireless remote; DO NOT support TTL, HSS Mode; Extremely short flash duration: from 1/1000 to 1/10000 seconds. 6 steps of power adjustment( 1/64 to 1/1)

It has a trigger so it should work. I tried it but the combo was quite a difficult to use. Canon M 50 is beginner camera so it does have limitations. 🎬📸🎥

@@efraimcortez9743 i believe you have to use it's own trigger unless you use the trigger cable to connect it to any trigger. I have 4 of these and I use trigger cord because the trigger it comes with comes with something like c23 battery that is not a regular one. The problem with newer is that the trigger it comes with is almost the only one that it can be uses with.

Hi Zdenka, i have the Vision 5TTL version of this strobe. And i have an issue triggering with wireless 818tx transmitter on Nikon camera. (Sometimes camera see it and sometimes it does not 🤔)
