But all of the translators translated this as Atmakaraka is the one having the highest degree in any Sign. [There are अंश कला विकला of a planet which is Degree - Minutes and Seconds respectively] Thus by just simply looking at the Shloka one is very clear that whatever Vemuri uses is correct and is advised by Jaimini himself.

So if I've got it right, lowest degree planet is the one after which the person pursues the most and the highest degree planet is the one that the native has already mastered and thus has no attachment to it in the current life. The lowest degree planet is the most karmic and the signification of the planet sitting or having any connection with the lowest degree planet is absent (KN Rao - Moon having lowest degree in conjunction with Venus, so he had a lot of karma with people and the public but he was unmarried).
Using the same logic, I have Venus as the lowest degree so most of life's karma would revolve around the significations of Venus and Mercury as my highest degree planet so the significations of it have already been mastered in the previous lives. Since Jupiter is in parivartana with Venus, would it mean that a person would remain childless despite being married? Would Sun be the solution in this case as the alternate karaka?

Isn't the original text translated as minutes? What would be the difference if we read from both? If there are two planets at LOWEST DEGREE, do we look for the one with lowest minutes then ONLY or both?
What if DK is in 4th in Mula and Ketu is with exalted Jupiter 7th lord in the 11th? It seems karmic but the captions keep interrupting so I can't see and I don't know what it means.
Can you talk about each planet as DK and what the karma might be?
What is DK becomes exalted in D9? Is there gain after marriage or later in life? What would it mean for spouse?
Do we look at the sign ruler of d9 DK and where it IS or which houses it rules? You seem to say both? What if we cannot think of how to give more there e.g. 2nd and 9th but we can't give money nor luck or travels?
