it's not that cheap in ghana because people there earn about 250sd per month ........ for a man working in ghana there are high prices for food

That displayed the eating experience in most Ghanaian homes, and thanks for sharing that on video. This is a serious Sunyani to the world experience! Your cameraman needs an award. He mans the camera, drives, and even helps in food preparation. He does all!
The only thing I would suggest, is when comparing prices of foodstuff between Accra and Sunyani maybe next time write it on the screen so we can socialize the compare in our minds😊. Another awesome content/video from you. We always look forward to your videos🔥👍.

Another insightful video Tati. To be fair Dansoman market is relatively expensive in comparison to Agbloboshie or Kasoa market. It depends on where you shop. Also yam and plantain come in seasons so if something is not in bloom, it will be more pricier. Overall Accra living is expensive but if you plan , you can manage.
My family are Fante and when I visit Ghana, we tend to bulk buy. We visit Mankessim and Beposo (similar to agbloboshie).

To be fair there are markets that food items are cheap and some markets equally expensive eg, dansoman , Kaneshie and tespo are rich poles market whiles Agbogbloshi , ashaiman ,tudu, Tuesday markets are very affordable so h just have to plan wen doing ur shopping
