Just my personal opinion, but Empty Words has two of the most emotionally moving riffs (repeated) off all-time....damn that was genius composing material from our guy Chuck. Frickin choice 👌

She has really long fingers! Puns aside that's a massive advantage for guitar players. Her effeciency of movement is fantastic.
@@tomroberts5805 not really. The fingers don't affect that much. If you play this song you'll realize there's no transition where you skip more than 4 frets. And almost anyone can reach 4 frets with 4 fingers.
Even Chuck who had massive hands used shorter guitars.

chuck died too young, but he still lives on above. i still think about it today. There is much credit to chucks mom here for still making an effort to respond to every fan she can. I love jane almost as much as i had chuck. she is amazing. if you dont know her or never talked to her make it a point to do that.

I want to thank you for uploading this video.
I'm a musician, I sing and I play guitar, I do hardcore punk ... and about 2 years ago I couldn't find a strong motivation to compose again. After this video I started listening to Death, I loved Symbolic and from there all the discography. A metal band never came to me this way, and I found great challenges at the musical level and great inspiration from Chuck.
And I would also like to encourage all artists to express themselves, just like you did. Something like this can motivate many people in incredible ways. Cheers from Argentina!
I actually got into metal from punk myself. All the hardcore bands were starting to break up and I was already listening to crossover like early Corrosion of Conformity and once I listened to a copy of an old Earache Records comp I embraced death, thrash, and grind wholeheartedly. It also didn't hurt living in Florida when all those bands started getting underway.
