2. No Property Ownership: Sharia law in Gaza dictates that women are entitled to only half the inheritance of men, contributing to economic disenfranchisement. But 88% of women report not receiving their entitled inheritance.
3. Violence Against Women: There are no laws in Gaza prohibiting domestic violence, including sexual violence within the family. And the murder of women and girls accused of immoral sexual conduct is tolerated.
Muslim MEN like those running Hamas are violent and put the lives of women and children in danger. They take away a woman’s rights, agency and freedom and force her and the child to become martyrs. They rape women without fear of punishment, and they enslave hostages and enemies.
