I love this apartment! The views are spectacular, especially when you see the iconic buildings in the background. It is Picture Perfect. I have just come back from Guadalajara, Mexico to visit a friend who retired there. The homes there are beautiful, and the pools are amazing. I was really surprised how well the homes are built out there. But New York is Extravagant, there is no place like NYC.
I love the floor to ceiling windows and the layout. A little to much white for me personally. What I find interesting is that whomever owns this has some beautiful art work on the walls but no shelving for sculptures, objet d’art or books. However in general the place is lovely.

amazing apartment! The views are sick! Need to make one change though; swap the walk-in closet with the bathroom in the primary bedroom so you can put a free-standing tub next to the window overlooking the views of south manhattan. Would be so much more appealing.

Olympic tower is a spectacular building and history. Halston with his offices, and other big names over the years. Unfortunately like Trump Tower, the ceilings are simply too low! I would think that wine prefers to not be in the light.

I just stumbled upon this video because a friend is looking for a place, so I Googled the home. The views are beautiful, but for that kind of money (almost $15 million), that kitchen is tiny without at least double ovens, and a bathroom in a primary suit without a free-standing soaking tub, which is also not that big...would be a Big no for me. My kitchen and bathroom in my place are bigger than that and it didn't cost nearly as much.
Good taste.
But the double sinks never make sense, because luxury is separate baths for a couple.

Don't get me wrong, I love well designed houses and also those character filled ones also. But there is something about living high up in a wonderful apartment with terraces and a great view. And although you in a block with other residents, you feel private and secluded.

too much white. If I were designing it to live in, I'd warm it up with some color. Also, no books or bookshelves, no personal items.
Anyplace I live has to have shelving for books and objet d’arts.

Lovely place but for a woman buying this, there needs to be a free-standing tub near that window. Hence, the closet and bathroom needs to be reconfigured.
A lot to like... Too bad the ceilings aren't higher -- the low ceilings feel a bit claustrophobic. I don't really care for the "on display" wine cooler -- a smaller one might be OK, but wine bottles aren't that attractive (a bit gauche).
How annoying are the church bells going off every hour?
The couch having a white pillow where a blue pillow belongs is a NO for the whole apartment. Lol
The kitchen is a visual disappointment. It looks small and stuffed into a windowless nook. The pendant lights are a distraction.
