What do you use to label the 1/2 jars?
We make them ourselves. We use the Silhouette Cameo to design and cut the vinyl, and then use transfer tape to move the vinyl lettering onto the jars.

Anyone store barley?
We do. It is my understanding that you can look at pearled barley vs. hulled barley similar to white rice vs. brown rice.
We use mylar bags and oxygen absorbers.
