Oh my gosh, such a beautiful battle :O (I don't even know if you can call a bboy battle "beautiful"...). Both guys have so much vocabulary, which is insane. But Litheing is actually killing it everytime I see him. Bro is so fresh and fluid. All his moves complete the others. He is so fly 🤩
It is Olympics. The scoring system was how many tricks do you have, do you repeat the trick. No artistry what soever. The dude just straight bit so many tricks to win the tournament. Completely joke. No originality in the scoring system either.
@@Decoy22x Where are you getting your information from? The judging system used for breaking in the Olympics has been public knowledge for 2 years now and is comprised of 3 categories: physical, artistic (originality), and interpretive (musicality). I'm not giving an opinion on the judging for this battle, but the result could've been Amir took artistic, and Lithe-ing took physical and interpretive. The people who created the judging system (Storm and Renegade) have emphasized before that while originality is important, it is only 1 aspect of breaking, especially competitive breaking. There are other factors, like physicality and musicality, that are all equally weighted.
@@markstanton1402 Im read from the official website, they listed out what causes the penalty. biting is not one of the only repeating tricks. It was a number of tricks for score and a penalty for repeating the trick. It was super straight forward. He played smart tho, just bit move.
Because they mistake the type of competition this is, it's the Olympics, therefore, the criteria have to be balance with the element of sports. I think skateboarding scoring in the Olympics and other competitions has been pretty good even some still argue if skateboarding is a sport or art. Someone landing a hard trick down a certain type of obstacle deem to earn a better score than someone took an easier trick on the flat ground. If it's about originality and style then Gino Iannucci will win everything, but, he is not going to do a nollie blunt heel flip to a fakie out down a 9 rail.
Lihte-ing was SO MUCH BETTER I know you guys like Amir because his style and everything but camon guys wtf this Chinese guy was the best dance in this tournament.
He is a biter. That why people don't like him. Stealing moves from other bboy to the top. I prefer someone messy with originality than a clean biter with 0 creativity.
Amir's battle attitude is so great
Olympic Breakdance You Can Bite Anyone 😂
Amir ❤
Amir is so nice

Amir took years to develop his own way to dance.
Lithe was more clean and more consistently dynamic across his sets.
Also predicted Amirs hand plant pose in the first round
Amir is original with his own moves. Lithe is just a copy cat fraud lol copy paste bboy lol nothing original.
Amir🤸🤸🤸🤸🤸. Helo crowd

This guy is a very complete bboy. Very impressive. He definitely took that.
Complete solid bboy.. but no own flavor

Unbelievable arsenal of moves though. Probably spawned in some Chinese lab.
the chinese guy is the best athlete in this tournament yes, but not the best dancer
