Make sure you have the belt the right way!. The belt goes one way, flat side towards the motor. Taper side of the belt facing outward
Sadly I’ve tried two different belts both ways it isn’t the belt.
You need chance weights or springs on that chinese primary clutch. That should fix your problems on that part.
