it's fun to notice all the little take that references james corden included in gavin and stacey. off the top of my head: - pam blares take that on the radio to drown out the sound of gavin having sex upstairs, only to realise the lyrics are a bit too fitting ('baby i want you come, come, come into my arms') - in one episode gavin and stacey can't decide which song to have the first dance at their wedding to. stacey wants a million love songs, gavin wants how deep is your love - the take that version. - in the wedding episode they dance to a million love songs so clearly stacey won that argument - in the very last episode the then-new song 'up all night' is used as part of a montage
I love James' love and respect for Gary. The two of them have become such a good team and clearly like each other a lot.
