Southeast Alaska Sea Otters

Finding meaningful solutions to the problem sea otter population growth presents to commercial, sport, and subsistence users is impossible without a good understanding of the extent and nature of sea otter use of targeted crab and shellfish species. The otters are native to the area and beneficial for the environment (more kelp) so easy answer is just buy out the fisherman.
